Was gutted when we didn't sign Paterson, not even getting game time down there, something must be a miss Said this myself I know paterson didn't play as a winger for us but he did whilst at forest and was fairly effective, as much as I like Lolley JP would certainly be a better option out there than Joe atm. When we originally tried to sign him from Walsall I think he was either a striker or #10. Certainly got a goal or two in him.

Don't get me wrong, we haven't given up, we (the vast majority) have zero faith in Johnson. He is stupidly out of his depth at this level and it shows. We might well stay up but that would mean he survives into next season and it would be in spite of him rather than because of him, he's hopeless! He's spent £14M (I think) on players and doesn't use them. We hope we will survive but it's going to be close and this is not one of the games we are expecting points in so anything we get is a bonus. You're an impressive side and I reckon you might push Newcastle close for the 2nd promotion spot with Brighton. What's gone wrong? You looked decent last season, and started impressively this year. I had you down for playoffs at the start of the season. So did I mainly on your so called wise words, last time I listen to you Disney boy.

Yeah think your right, it was just forest where he was a winger, seems to prefer the number 10 role. But was decent for forest on the wing.

Patto is obviously a good player but is in and out of the side, as are most of our players, that doesn't help any of them. Technically, he's a good footballer though. An example of our problem is a young lad called Callum O'Dowda. Johnson paid £1.4M for him from Oxford in the summer. He's a winger, nothing else, a winger. Johnson played him as an attacking central midfielder and the boy looked lost. He finally started him the other week as a winger and he was really good, MOTM. What did Johnson do? He dropped him! We spent nigh on £2M on a Swedish lad called Gustav Engvall, a striker, he never plays. We have signed 19 players since the summer and the idiot who signed them currently utilises 3 of them! Good players, certainly, piss poor coach, most definitely! If it wasn't for Tammy, we would probably already be down but he's 19 and learning the game. He needs help up top and the support is crying out for 4-4-2 (using the ex gashead Matty Taylor, they loved that) but he persists with 4-5-1, 3-5-1-1 essentailly anything but 4-4-2. The only problem at City is the head coach, nothing else just Johnson. He says he loves the club but I have never known our support so divided and negative because of this man. Bad times for us, great times for you.

Ticket office tweeted this morning that's there only 500 tickets remaining.
Once again looking like a superb turnout.

Gutted not to be making it but working early doors on Saturday. At least it's on Sky
Very nervous for this one though (as always nowadays), they're fighting for their lives and will give us a real test, tougher than Brentford, who you could argue are already on the beach, did on Saturday did anyway.
Not expecting a brilliant performance but going for a very scrappy 1-2.

Contacted Bristol .For info, they confirm that seating is UNRESERVED in the away section. So even if your ticket has all the usual seating/ row details it is meaningless.
I will be politely telling anybody who challenges my positioning to go find another one.

Palmer and Bunn out against Bristol.
Edit: had a bit of a moment there - getting my Palmers and Browns mixed up and thought Brown was out for a minute.

I think that Bristol City at home before Christmas was the turning point for both clubs. Town had been top of the league but had been on a bad run. They were still possibly about to drop out of the play offs and replaced by City if they lost. Town playing well took the lead but City equalised against the run of play, possibly offside. The keeper then handled it outside the area with Wells clear, no sending off, crowd ensensed and gave the lino pelters at the north end of the Kilner from then on. The team, roared on at the perceived injustice, pushed forward without creating much. The keeper then mis controlled a back pass, Wells nipped in and Town were handed the win. Since that cracking match BCFC seem to have lost every week while Town have been on the best run in 50 years. Let us hope tomorrow doesn't reverse the fortunes...UTT

Come on TOWN big 3 points tonight to put pressure on current top two.
We don't normally win by many but I can see 0-3 tonight putting us 3 points off top of the league.

They are obviously bored but I've got to say that's the worst game of "rock, paper, scissors" I've ever seen. Let's hope we buck the trend because my recollection of games which the players have flown to is usually a loss (Southampton in the fog and also a defeat at Brighton).

Deluded idiot.
