I wouldn't be too upset if Moyes came tbh. He's due a bit of luck and if he did get the job, he would be drinking at the last chance saloon, so that should be a motivation.
Would he be dynamic enough? Would he need to be? I think this job will be a good chance for someone to enhance/rebuild their reputation. We'll see.

Wouldn't trust Sky Sports claiming Sky sources. They claimed Sky sources when it came to Allardyce ruling himself out of the running, despite their supposed sources actually being Allardyce himself ruling himself out of the running live on the radio. They claim Sky sources for everything, even when it's not Sky sources at all But don't sky operate talk sport? No it died on the table.

If Moyes in announced after a big loss on Sunday, Season tickets will bomb! Shows how far we've come, in such a short period of time, that we'd be disgusted at Moyes. It was only five years since we were delighted with the appointment of Powell. Mental Tbf I'd have been disgusted with Moyes in League 1.

Also says he doesn't know who our next manager will be, but does know who has NOT been contacted. This includes Moyes and Pulis.

Moyes would be good. He's a very underated manager not sure why. He did wonders with Everton and sir Alex rated him very highly, the best to take over from himself.
The job he did at man utd was always a hiding to nothing following in those shoes but no manager has done much better despite having far stronger teams and better players (last year with mourinho the exception)
He did poor at Sunderland but it doesn't look like anyone could have saved that ship with such a rotten hull.
And he did the job he was brought in to do at West ham, he stabilised them and kept them up without making the team his own.
He isn't my first choice or even in my top 3 but I wouldn't complain.

Garry Rowett? I think he’s a good manager. I’d be happy with him though I suspect many would not.

Moyes isn't one to get the pulse racing but he's got some good pedigree.

It will NOT be Moyes. Deano always said he knew what 'good' is now he's worked with Wagner - Moyes is nothing like Wagner.

Doesn’t take much in this market for 20/1 to become 5/1
Contradicting own my point... and going left field for a moment Mikael Arteta is an interesting name on the list and has been moving gradually from >30/1 to 20/1 now on Coral & current 5th favourite (seems very unlikely given he was in the running to be Arsenal manager) - Very highly thought of

I saw a BMW today near York with the Rev no S0 DJE. Did the driver have a bandana on? Or maybe a dog collar?

Too many of these former players go for the nice safe steady option. We are far from that at the moment. I'm surprised Bielsa isn't in the running. The meltdown elsewhere would be glorious.

Agree again, I live in Essex so I’m surrounded by Hammers and most have goodnthings to say about Moyes. Got a couple of underperforming players playing out of their skin.

If we are going down the West Ham route I'd rather have Bilic than Moyes. Don't think it will be either though.

Just throwing a name out or based on some info? Be happy enough with that was mentioned when talking to my mate earlier, Did a cracking job at köln!. Yep. Europa League complicated things. Saw them a few times and really liked watching their football. Last time was in the season they qualified for Europe. Hertha beat them 2-1 but they were massively unlucky, robbed of a perfectly good injury time equaliser. Stabilised dortmund last season post-Bosz. I'd be happy with him too.
