I could make a difference in a hundred ways. Time management on the pitch, long throws, central probes rather than down the wings. Novel set-pieces. Long ball when the oppos are out of position. Use maths and analytics in every single moment of the game...right down to substitutions. Ever seen an American football game kick off and within 10 seconds he entire team is replaced by subs? I would do that when we had possession or when we lost it...a total transformation of shape and tactics dependent on who had the ball and where. Far more radical than any manager who ever lived. I think your plans might fall down on the bit where you are expecting your modern-day footballer to be able to understand, let alone implement multiple tactical plans. Our lot haven’t even mastered “Plan A” yet! Dont worry about that...i have a cunning plan...IQ tests instead of fitness tests!!

Wagner believed if you have it the oppos cant score...well they will eventually and it it only needs one if you dont score. He got high on the 17 1-0 wins in the Champs...5 or 6 of those were lucky. All those passes to Lossl...40 a match. Mind blowing failure. He will be remembered for getting us up. He wont be remembered for creating the most boring, sterile, impotent Town team in 3 generations because memory is flawed. 5 or 6 lucky wins eh. Do you think we have been unlucky at any point this season or does that not fit in with your (interesting to say the least) opinion Less than you might imagine. Shots on goal very, very low....if it were double and we were in this position yes. We are still in the worst two or 3 teams however you massage the stats.

Make sure you take your walking boots with you on Tuesday. If the snow comes as forecast then you might be walking home

He wont be remembered for creating the most boring, sterile, impotent Town team in 3 generations because memory is flawed. We had 9 1-0 wins, so that's wrong straight away. 5 or 6 lucky...of course. And of course we weren't ever unlucky when we didn't pick results up either. That wouldn't suit. We were fantastic at keeping a lead in the championship by keeping the ball and controlling the game. I'd say it worked.

Perfect time to play this lot , and the lads will be ready to impress after there nice winter break
Millwall made them look like a div 1 team , and confidence will surely be low after that defeat
Got a nice feeling about this one similar to the Man Utd league game last season.
Need to beat both Everton and Chelsea to get back on track ,and hope the new striker is given a run out

Did Billing even go to Portugal? Yep. Can't seem to find him on any of the images on the town website.

Can't seem to find him on any of the images on the town website. From the town website; 25 players have made the trip including Billing, Mooy & Sabiri who'll continue their recoveries of respected injuries with the rest of the squad.

Presume not fit enough to train on the grass then, unlike Mooy and Sabiri,.

Hopefully they were all watching the Milwall game or will get to see some edited highlights, should give incentive to have a real go at an Everton side that look ut of sorts recently.

Can't seem to find him on any of the images on the town website. He was on a video of Puncheon doing a song, must admit he had his back to him sat at the table and looked thoroughly disinterested !

First pre-game press conference at 1 JS: “I’m happy to be working with the majority of the staff that were here. “I’ve brought Andreas Winkler in to assist me and I’m happy to have @m_Hudson5 with us permanently too.”

Can't seem to find him on any of the images on the town website. Most likely having a well earned rest sat by the pool in the warm sunshine with his feet up drinking the odd pina colado

Great to see Mooy back. I'm jetting in for my first game of the season. Hope my flight isn't delayed but it will be nice to get away from these -20 degree temps

Pretty surprised that after the last game that a lot of people are suggesting Diakhaby plays ,didn't see anything other than speed that showed he could hack it at this point in this division ,got a feeling it will be tried and trusted in this game with a back 5 of
Lossl Durm Lowe Schindler Kongolo
Puncheon Mooy Hogg
Pritchard Mbenza
Mounie
Grant to come off of bench later

Id even persist with him as part of a two up top. We have to get forward quickly, pace is required at the top end, He was up against 200m pounds worth of defensive talent all by himself.
