"serious interest from around the world" ...my arse Go to Canalside on Sunday and ask Dean about it, they are his exact words. Rumours about European consortiums and Americans didn’t appear for no reason.

Why not an attractive prospect for any investor good assets and parachute payments. In my opinion the next few years look good financially but the reality is after the parachute payments run out it will cost the owner to keep the club afloat. Most football clubs are bad from a ROI perspective. And this isn’t an INVESTMENT. As stated many times by Dean pretty much since day one, he has been the CUSTODIAN of the club, as he expects the new guy (sorry, I’ve forgotten his name 🤷♂️🤣) to be. It’s our club, not Deans or anyone else’s. They’re just a galvanising figurehead. It COST Dean to put his arm around the club and breathe some life back into it. What’s happened over the last few years simply mean it will cost an individual less to be that custodian moving forwards.

Most football clubs are bad from a ROI perspective. If you add up all the revenue we will make in the next 3 years and the money for sales we could generate a buyer could pay his debt run the club on a decent budget and that includes bringing in new players and still make a tidy profit and still have the club to sell. Not when you consider the £50m director’s loans that Dean has tied up in the club. Unless he writes them off, the club is worth nothing now or in 5 years time.

No chance is the new bloke going to bankroll the club. People need to chill out, have an AM beer, as the Ajax fans sing "every little thing, gonna be alright"
The money will come from elsewhere. This is a shrewd move.

I am very sad to see DH stepping down , but obviously his health is more important ,yes even than Town. I wish him all the best, and wow we have had such a great ride for so many years .I sincerely hope the new guy has equal success LLT (long live Town).
