Kenmargra, happy days I think it was called that because the owners of the company were called Ken,Margaret and Graham and if memory serves me right wasn't one of them killed by one of their own buses reversing or summat UTT

Problem is Luddites sounds too much like Chippites, and when I was a kid, the Chippites were the pitiful enemy of the much superior Whizkids.
My brother was a Chippite, whilst I stood on the Whizzer side of sensibility.

If this is going to happen we need a name that involves the word 'ultras' -it is really as simple as that. form a group that contains this word and people will want to be associated with it.
I can't stress how important this word is to the whole idea, other than to say without it there is no point in trying.
'Udders Ultras - that is enough to start the whole thing off believe me

Yeah Pozza you know im interested from in the Chat other week, Just need to get everyone else on board now! Cowshed Boys or Blue Army... Quite like both them names! ( Spesh Blue Army - Could Sing BLUE ARMY! As our song ) Got One home game then 2 Away's before Yeovil so i think its a little late to organise something for that! Unless we could meet during this next week and organise something? Or Suppose could do it on here if everyone co-operates with each other! But i think this would be a good move to introduce new songs aswell & Organising away bus' suppose could possibly increase the away support So i suppose its all goooood Also think we should start to plan ahead, Name a Game which people could organise to go to, Then nobody has the excuse of saying "Iv got something planned" Am thinking of a game around Start of January? How about... Northampton - 126 miles – about 2 hours 25 mins int Car.. From now to then all the games are alot futher, Thought this would be quite ideal!

Terrierists is funny but it might be frowned upon elsewhere and seen as perhaps a name fitting for a hooligan element? Still... Funny.

The only thing with having the word "Ultra" in the name is that everyone will automatically think of the Ultra's in Italy, which are essentially hooligan groups over there. Might cause a few problems from the offset.
Blue Army Ultras does have a certain ring to it though...................

Right, i've just had a PM form Mids Sean Jarvis has seen the thread and is very much behind the idea, and he wants to help us get something going. I'm going to meet him in the next couple of weeks to discuss things I'd like to get an idea of how many people are interested in this, what you'd like to see happen, how you want the group to be perceived (by our own fans & by other fans) etc etc. Any ideas will be appreciated, so get them down in this thread please In the meantime i'll look into possibly setting up a website/forum soley dedicated to the group.

Im definately interested. I'd like to see a dedicated area in the ground for members of the group (unlikely i know), tickets to be put to one side by office staff so all members can sit together at away games, for stewards to become more leniant towards standing etc in designated area (again unlikely) a kitty for any flags and banners etc. Group to be seen as welcoming to any fans who want to join, the more the merrier

i'm 100% in and 200% behind you. I was only a kid when i first experienced the cowshed and it was that vibe that made me fall in love with the club. With that said and with a hat tip and nod to the glory days, i suggest the Cowshed Ultras

Ive said it before but definately in, the atmosphere with the ultras would persuade me to attend more away games also.
We need the stewards to be more lenient though, they did a brilliant job of ruining the atmosphere today by taking the beach ball off of the antich when everyone was having a laugh and singing. God knows what the ridiculous reason behind that willl of been.
