i know of quite a few neutrals coming to the game today, and with us attempting a liverpool like song before the game it'd give a great impression on us to all join in a be anfields little brother! it was humiliating against crewe, the last thing i'd want is that embarrassment again, we proved against leeds we could get the whole crowd going so lets 'av it again today!

I'll think you'll find it's scarves rather than scarfs. I do however applaud your message.

Sorry but the club have got this completely wrong. its a bit rocky for me and and you cant join in with it as the tempo is too fast. think a band in the mould of embrace would have been a much better choice. fair play to the band for doing it though.

it would be fair play to the band if the club let them play it when we are in the ground to see it

Why let a McFly style band do this song? It sounded Americanized, cheap, tacky. It's not in rhythm and won't catch on at all. Nice try never the less but they've got it wrong,

I've heard it twice now, I don't want to criticise too much, I'm sure they are a decent band and have obviously put a lot of time into it, but...
I don't think it works, they've not kept enough of the feel of the original song, unfortunately in sounded like Busted to me. While there's nothing wrong with a bit of modernisation, smile a while is an anthem, and its never going to work as punk pop. Nowt wrong with doing a version like that during a gig in a pup or whatever, but its not going to work as something to play pre match and get the fans singing along.
Sorry guys, like I say really don't want to be too criticle, and you deserve a lot of credit for giving it a go.

Is it the result talking? Probably not...
Absolute shite. Impossible to sing along to, and cod-American accents. We'd be better off wi the old boy from the Final Whistle video put on the big screen...

didnt like it personally, voices were barely audible over the music itself, rhythm didnt sound right, the rock/pop/whatever bit between the end of what seemed to be the 1st bit,and the start of what seemed to be the 2nd bit wasnt needed, wasnt very good...........don't rate it i'm afraid, isnt 1 the fans can really sing along to, think the fans themselves, without backing music, do a better job of it

Sorry guys, like I say really don't want to be too criticle, and you deserve a lot of credit for giving it a go. Echo that. It was indeed like Busted with a few Iron Maiden ripping solo's thrown in. Great effort lads but this is an old fashioned slow song which can't be sped up into a rock anthem - the tempo of the singing just doesn't allow for it.

It was awful, how can a crowd at a football stadium sing along to that.....please stick to the original,or at the most change it a little.Like the idea of trying to get everybody singing before & think we should keep trying....2 good strikers up front would get everyone singing
