Or alternatively ... Clark was unprofessionally rude week in week out and oggy grew weary with it whilst trying ( successfully) to maintain a professional stance Unprofessionally rude? Always thought it was a case of him being too honest myself. Would love to hear specific examples of this unprofessional rudeness. Unfortunately I doubt there are archives of his radio leeds press conferences or after match " performances " .. Trust me mate.... Rude unprofessional arrogant .... The main reason I can't stand him.... When he went to brum I listened to his radio WM after match interviews just to see how he would behave .. He totally cut it out and found a little humility.. Was that cos he had " learnt " or just cos he knew he wouldn't get away with it at brum ... I dunno

More psycho and less babble in Clarky's case I'll admit. I like managers with an edge to them.

It's not exactly like we have much to lose in signing him. If he's good, it will improve the team. If he isn't he's not getting a contract beyond the summer.

more shrewd business from Town. the big guy we've been calling for with a better scoring record than many of that ilk (Lee, Sammon, etc, etc). if he'd been knocking them in for Blackpool this year he'd have been out of our range; but a fair bet he'll now do better for us / CP. By "shrewd business", I presume you mean cost cutting, which seems to have been the club's main aim this window. It won't be too shrewd if we get relegated with our increasingly smaller and weaker squad.

I remember him launching at Ogden in a pre match press conference for Macclesfield at home in the F A cup... It was so cringeworthy .. I think Clark thought he was untouchable and could treat people as he liked .. Was the same behind the scenes at the club allegedly .. As I say he changed at brum.. Possibly as a result of knowing he wasn't on such firm ground . Or possibly that he had reflected on mistakes

Bone idle journeyman. Was excited by his signing in August but to say he was totally underwhelming would be a massive under statement. Any room for Davies in the car ?
They didn't rate him at all, sort of thing we say bout our ex dross

I can see this working out for us, Powell may just get the best out of Miller and if he does, we will have a new fans favourite!

We have got rid of a lot of players deemed surplus to requirements in the desperate January window, saving ££££££'s in the process that can be put towards well planned, well priced acquisitions in the summer. People who will strengthen the first team like wells, coady, Robinson and Butterfield. We've spent years wasting ££££££'s on players bench warming. This window and last summer marks an excellent change in approach that will pay dividends. Great work from the club.

Not a bad signing in my book if Wells isn't out for too long. Haven't seen him recently but was always quite impressed with him, had pace and was difficult to contain when he got on a marauding run. Powerful shot as well.
Will be nice to see him thunder into some centre backs and get their arses twitching - pity he wasn't playing against Ayala at Boro, he was asking to get clattered the way he was trying to nobble Wells. There's a lot of imposing centre backs in this division and looks like we might have someone who can ruffle some feathers - Vaughan can too but he invariably gets injured when he tries to mix it too much.

I mean cost cutting while subtly improving the squad. Miller and Edgar improve our options in critical areas and will get game time. For the most part the departures haven't really hurt us and we've still got Majewski, Gobern and Lolley champing at the bit. we probably just need another defender on loan.

He looked dangerous for Yeovil. Big unit, powell will get the best out of him. Just what we need.

Good signing in my eyes someone what we havent had in a while who has pace and power in same sense and would bully defenders.... Be a perfect foil for other strikers plays with and also will free up the midfield and stretch opposing defences ,which we have not been able to do in a long time.
Cant judge the lad on his time at Blackpool as that is a shipwreck of a club at the moment and if works out as a few posters said would be a shrewd bit of business by CP..
But lets get behind the lad and not be negative before he has kicked a ball,he has untill end of season to earn a new contract surely that is gonna work well for both parties anyway.

He has not spoken, kicked a ball for us, and people are on his back. Again welcome to Huddersfield Mr Miller. Do your best for us. Perhaps someone else could come on here & be positive too.

Think I'd have preferred Hanson to this guy, a striker who doesn't score, only at Town. Is there no better available than this guy? 'Only at Town'- give it a rest.
