This game could go either way, we need to step up a gear.

Powell doesn't make many substitutions does he? If he does it's usually pretty late..

Yeah I was thinking that on Saturday. Was a great time to get Wells on but he didn't bother
Each to their own

Bizarre in the Champions league...i backed 2 draws...Bayern lead 5-0 at half-time and Donetsk 6-0!! Had a 6 team £2 accy last Saturday and only 1 result let me down-I had SOUTHAMPTON V SUNDERLAND as a draw

We've had two games in 4 days with the same starting eleven and he hasn't made a sub by the 80th minute. Bit of a strange one when you think about it

Couldn't be there tonight but it sounds like a point gained. In this league that could be crucial. Steady improvements are being made and that is what counts

Would have been nice to see us go all out for the 3 points. Win your home games and all that

Not a bad point, Brighton probably better than their league position suggests. Wasn't long ago we were seriously worried about getting into a relegation fight.Steady improvements.

11 from 15 unbeaten in five and Ipswich who were unbeaten in 8 lost at Cardiff. Scannell sounded our best threat now showing the consistency we're hoping for.

FT 1-1
Would've been nice to hold on to the lead but sounds like they came close quite a few times so a draw is probably a decent result in the the end.
Shouldn't be afraid of Ipswich, last 3 games draws and lost today.

Would have been nice to see us go all out for the 3 points. Win your home games and all that Yes it would but it's also important to keep your feet on the ground and not to underestimate the opponents. Brighton are a good team and unbeaten in 5 sounds rather good considering the start we had

Surely we should have thrown Wells on alongside Holt for the last twenty to try and get 3 points

Not a bad result, a nice little unbeaten run, up a place in the league, and none of the teams below eleventh gained points on us tonight.

Would have been nice to see us go all out for the 3 points. Win your home games and all that I feel that changing the formation with a latesub could have turned it either way and at this stage of the season I'm more than happy with a draw to keep the unbeaten run going as I feel a defeat would have set us back a bit with a tough stretch of games to come.

I agree to an extent, but you don't get far in this game by fearing the worst all the time Looking at it from the other perspective, that could have been a crucial 2 points we've missed out on when you consider the upcoming fixtures But I'd have snapped off your hand if you'd offered 11 points from 15. So I'll shut up

The game was on a knife edge all second half. We'd have been too open with just 2 in mid as they looked dangerous on the counter.
A good point hard earned.
