Would much rather see us sign young players with potential than old washed up has beens.
Sounds promising except for his hair cut and the fact that he has already updated his Twitter bio #CheekyNandos

Interesting, wonder how long Pocognoli will last, he's the same size. Is the Lad you refer to built like a brick shithouse?. If he isn't then fair point, if he is, that was the point not just height. Ashley Cole was built like a wet rag.

Good stat Codd, fair does. Cheers mate, however.... LINKChris Brunt is a 6'2" 13 1/2 stone beast. Sweet left foot ... but he was a poor defender.

Happy with this, I went to some of the Asian cup matches over here and he stood out for me, how the standards translate is tough to compare but I'm sure our scouts know what they're doing.

Not sure how you can say that with any certainty MK... Let's be clear he didn't pull up any trees at West Brom and must be seen as a bit of a gamble... welcome to huddersfield jason, it will certainly be I teresting to see how he does .. But I'll be honest I would have loved to have seen Reece James at town Thought Robinson was a lot better than James. Not crying at not getting the guy who is unlikely to make it at Man Utd. Thought Robinson was over hyped & not very good. Reece was far better than Robbo, & showed far more promise than Robinson - UTT.

I am glad that we seem to be getting players in early this season and Hopefully our start to the season will not be as disappointing as last season.

Once he'd settled in I'd say Robinson was probably the best left back I've seen at Huddersfield since Jamie Vincent had that 6 month spell in which he looked like an absolute world beater

I'm looking forward to seeing what this lad can do! Initial disappointment at not re-signing Reece James has now led to optimism. A full international with experience on the biggest stage of all can only be a good thing.
Best thing is he is still young and hungry. I don't mind him saying he is using us as a stepping stone, if he goes on to bigger and better things then that can only mean he has succeeded with us.

Sounds ok. Just wish he'd accumulated more game time in UK as that would give more of a gauge as to whether he can do well for us. Doing well in international games is a good sign but that style of football is completely different to championship football.

To be honest, I know nothing about him. I will have to trust the club's judgement on this. Reece James and Robinson did well for us and I actually liked Paul Dixon, although many would disagree on that one. The club is getting business done early which can only be a good thing. I feel a lot more optimistic for the coming season, although anything can happen in football.

If he had got that game time and proven himself, then he'd be out of our reach though.

Hopefully Town fans will now start to realise this is how we do business - find players that are just starting to reach their potential or are 'under the radar' to develop and sell on.
