Don't see this one happening, it would be suicidal.

We shouldn't accept a penny less than £4 million. We don't need to sell and he is our best player

Let's be honest if you're sat in that dressing room you must be wondering how shit you must be not to have had a bid for you/be sold yet. I'm normally a happy clapper sort and even I find it all a bit depressing at the moment.

We shouldn't accept a penny less than £4 million. We don't need to sell and he is our best player Why don't we need to sell? We can't expect Hoyle to subsidise us forever and the Coady and Smithies transfer fees won't cover this years loses This is what happens when fans choose to stop paying - we have to good bye to our better players. Harsh financial reality time for some Those bragging about stopping going should think about that if/when we are back in League One

If that restaurant was under new management with a new chef would you be inclined to give it another go ?

Butterfield's step father is "Whitey" on the Barnsley message board. He has posted on there that he wont be watching Town for much longer.
Sound like a done deal to me.

Anyone disputing this either has a short memory or has only been a fan in the Hoyle era I have witnessed some truly awful Town sides. This isn't one. Yet the drop in ST is alarming People can spend the money how they choose, but they can't be the ones complaining when the "business" they no longer choose to support goes down the pan! I'm sure they'll all rush back when a new owner bumps ST prices up by £100 a piece

On the upside, Powell would have to play a winger on the left hand side as we wouldn't have 3 central midfielders left.

Jesus fucking christ. Three of our standout players gone in one window, with no sign of quality improvement coming through the doors.
The fuck is going on at this club.

I wonder if Middlesbrough have a sell-on clause ?
(and us for Clayton, for that matter ?)
