Looks like a Jarvis and Winter, after a few beers too many, idea. And talking of Jarvis is anybody really interested in who is a new business partner? Who gives a toss about knowing of a company you will never ever hear of never mind deal with! It's not though is it. The business partners may be of little interest to the vast majority of fans, but the more of them we have, the more money comes into the club, and may continue to do for years to come, which results in less money dean has to pay to keep the club ticking over, which means Dean feels happier, which means dean gets his mojo back, which results in changed mindsets and oodles of players being signed, which strengthens the team, which means better results (hopefully), which means increased positivity in the fans, which means yes we are interested but only indirectly

Tickets for this will make it to open sale IMO, we won't take more than 1500 to Villa and Leeds hasn't sold out for the past few years. The rest of the away games will mostly available to pay on the day, feel for those who've recently bought a B and W membership under seemingly false pretences. All in all a bit of a storm in a teacup that will die down later when there's the new away kit to moan about !!

I thought fans joined the BWF to support our academy, seems main reason was priority ticketing. I joined as a non-season ticket holder who lived in London. Wanted to go to all the big games in London during one of our many prolonged cup runs. I also stopped doing the national lottery and did this instead. I think I have won £20 in 4 years

Ive nothing against away day membership or even paying the £20 fee, I just think it's flawed in it has no particular strategy
Our lowest allocation this season is likely to be Burton away, 1800 tickets...what happens is more than 1800 join TOT priority scheme? We can't all have a ticket.
Playing devils advocate here but what IF we were to gain promotion to the Premiership and we rolled this out again next season, The poor sods who travel to far flung places like Ipswich and Brighton and Bristol would still be lumped in with those that only go to close by games or none at all.
Basically they need to offer points for away games, we all have a client reference number, for every game you can buy tickets in advance so our ticket office know who is buying what, I don't see what is so hard about implementing that system, I emailed Nigel Clibben over 2 years ago suggesting this but he dismissed it on the basis that we didn't need it but it's the failure to plan ahead that has created all this when it could quite easily have been avoided.

Wendies charging Villa £42. Apologies! Less haste next time. Villa is £20-28 for home fans against us and already on general sale. Point remains that there's a massive premium made out of football supporters. I don't know another business where people are so loyal, blindly or otherwise!

It will be first come first served, people will have to make some effort to get a ticket if they want one rather than spending more money than others to jump ahead in the queue. ANARCHY AND OUTRAGE!

Newcastle have sold 33,000 season tickets so far (more than last season) which just about guarantees that the biggest crowd we'll play in front of (in the league) will be our first away game.

The issue with a points system or using the client reference numbers is that some people choose to go on the day or only realise after tickets have gone off sale that they can go, meaning that theoretically someone could go to 23 away games a season but not actually have anything on our systems to prove it. Admittedly that's an extreme example and unlikely to happen, but it could.

I don't mind paying the £20 for TOT but agree that it has its flaws. e.g. a Patron that is only a Patron can buy a TOT and pay £70 per season in total and will have priority over myself if I don't buy TOT despite my season ticket and BW cost of £283 per season.

No matter what the club do there will always b people put out by it. All I'd say is first come first served t all SC holders let's have the 5am que

I can understand why some people might be annoyed, especially with the overlap with the b&w scheme, however, you all just need to calm down a bit. How much good has the club done in the past 12 months? Do you really think that they would push the scheme through if it doesn't work? Instead of running on to the Internet and crying foul play in such a hyperbolic manner, simple list out the reasons that you think could improve the proposed scheme and email theme the club. I guarantee they will get back to you - they really do have our best interests at heart. And to those moaning about the fee. It's twenty pounds. Twenty pounds. Hardly the "club lining their pockets" is it. It's a relatively nominal admin fee which covers off any additional work required by the club. In summary, calm the fuck down and let's just enjoy the best period that the club has had since the 70s. yep I agree, its only £20,,,,so feel free to pay for mine,,,,cheers mate

So a scheme designed to streamline the priority for away tickets has now actually clogged it up. Bravo. We will now have more people as top priority.

I thought they said this £20 super queue jump thing was because they were worried about the stampede for tickets with so many season ticket holders. Before it was a sc + b&w/patrons rush, now it's a sc + b&w/patrons rush + £20 super queue jumpers. A solution to a problem that didn't exist and they've even managed to fuck that up.
