Ffs dab is miles better..being on fm is like saying you would rather be using your vhs video recorder over a hard drive on a sat box....sorry your all peed off but this season i have a season ticket but will be doing all the away games on mixlr via terriernet starting with next weeks game at newcastle..and the fm signal in north notts is shite but very good on dab..town have the better deal! I would agree, provided you can get good coverage but more importantly only 15.4% of vehicles registered in the UK have DAB radios fitted, which I suspect for the Huddersfield area might be even lower. In effect you cannot listen to post match reporting unless you have a DAB radio fitted in your vehicle

Yes BAB is better at home, but if you don't have a modern car with BAB you would expect Town to be on either FM or MW when Leeds aren't playing, to put Bradford on both is a disgrace.

I've sent radio Leeds a politely worded email to ask them for the reason why they put Bradford City on both frequencies, I await their reply with interest, I won't hold my breath. We need a petition or similar people power will get us back on the desired frequencies

I would also defend Radio Leeds usually but this is not possible *unless this is the agreement with Town in which case we've lost it!
As Editor Gareth Jones has to answer this!

Bit of a ball ache but Ive just done it. Me too. I guess they shunted us onto DAB and free view because that's where we'll be when all three local teams are playing. That still doesn't excuse today's debacle.

Bit of a ball ache but Ive just done it. Seen that and agree it is a ball ache and probably designed to put people off complaining however I have found the emails address of Radio Leeds and headed the email as complaint, which lawfully they have to process. Email address is radioleeds@bbc.co.ukThe more complaints the more notice that they will have to take. If people cannot be arsed to construct an email PM me and I will paste the content of my email which they can use and adapt to their own needs

Jones said last night on West Yorkshire sport daily that Town would be on 774MW today, so why weren't we? What changed since last night?

Aye load of shite, checked both frequencies after the game to find Bradford coverage on both. Was looking forward to hearing the reaction on the way home after a good win and performance. Yeh did the same myself. What the hell is the point having them on both frequencies? Moronic, I hope they go bust! Utt.

We were on DAB all last season. Also on MW, which is a really poor signal in many places, and occasionally on FM. I don't know why Bradford have grabbed FM but it may be something to do with the deal RL and Town have done. I think the answer, as a few people have said, is get a portable DAB radio. Reception is usually good and I am pretty sure we will be on there every game.

MW must be on its last legs now. I just think the pragmatic thing to do is get a DAB. I don't think we will change what happens at RL, petition or not.

Job done - email sent, viz ... "Ok, I give up; where did the Huddersfield Town post-match reaction go between 5:00pm and 6:00pm today?
I got back into my car to drive all the way home to Mansfield fully expecting to hear Oggy and his cronies discussing Town's great win over Brentford on FM because the Mighty (yawn) Leeds were not in action. But what's this I hear? Bradford City? Oh well, unhappy, but tuned in to Medium instead, only to be thwarted by the bl**dy Bradford City Show again!
So ... Who's bright idea was this, then? Which clot decided that it would be a good idea to relegate Town to a frequency that NOBODY has in their cars? I don't know about you but every car that I've ever driven only has AM and FM so the chances of picking it up on DAB (which is where I presume the broadcast was) was remote at best.
I pay a licence fee - shouldn't I be allowed to listen to local radio (until I'm out of range) in my car and HAVE A CHOICE when you have TWO different wavelengths to transmit on? What in God's name possessed you to broadcast THE SAME PROGRAMME ON BOTH CHANNELS?
You really aren't the sharpest knives in the drawer, are you?
Here's hoping that you won't make the same mistake again, although I do realise that I'm asking too much and that from here on in it'll be The Mighty Whites (Get in!!!!) on FM and the League One Show on Medium with the currently highest-ranking team in West Yorkshire (feel free to check the League Tables) marginalised on a radio frequency that only a tiny minority are able to receive IN THEIR CARS, post-match.
Grrrrrrrrr!! Angrily yours, Mansfield Terrier"

I bought a portable DAB from Argos last year as the MW reception in my car was crap. It was £15-20 and so thought would give it a go.
It works perfectly through the auxiliary lead.
Poor form from Radio Leeds though not having on one of FM or MW especially as only 2 of the 3 teams covered were playing.
Town are the only ones who haven't pissed around with Radio Leeds over the years, yet, the first ones to be bumped for the others.

Just to rub salt in the wounds, the Sadford match had full live coverage on the Pulse as well.
I have DAB in my car and I have to say its crap (the reception not the car). It comes and goes even when driving in England (I live in Scotland)
Oh for the days of Tony Delahunty and the goal line on Pennine radio.

But surely post match needs those at the game to participate. 17k fans turning their radios off Again as they leave the game. Just about the only people who who could listen on freeview and DAB were not at the game,(so the post match prog must have been a bit quiet) but even so, i'd like to listen to it. So I clicked on listen again an hour later and it has Wagner interview saying it was from the post match show link. So I clicked on that......Bradford bloody Shitty game again. FFS.

Never posted on here before, but SO angry about Radio Leeds coverage today. First time for years I have had the car radio switched off before and after a match. Please, please, please could you all use the link to the formal BBC complaint form earlier in this thread and submit something, making sure you click on the bit where it asks if you want a reply, as it will make them have to respond in some way. What a good start to the season though.

This has really annoyed me tbh, I've always had radio Leeds on driving back from the game, so it's a massive kick in the teeth for the loyal listeners & contributors to the show for over a decade to then have ZERO coverage on either frequency just stinks, so I'm calling for a complete boycott of Radio Leeds until they rectify it. #boycottradioleeds
