Excuse my ignorance but don't we have a song for this lad yet? Every other starter on Wednesday night had his name sung. Swing Lowe! ok ta, not really heard it.

He's been a terrific addition, brave in defence, always plays the right ball got a good whip on him and a decent left peg when he gets space, our best left back (bar Chilwell) in many of years

Agreed, very good all round modern day left back, shrewd bit of business if he was English he'd of cost a fair bit

The best one of them came up with was to the tune of the intro to "Jackie Wilson Said" by Dexys Midnight Runners... Chr-is-to-ph-er Lö-ve da-da-da-da-daaaa Surely that could catch on?!

His relationship / understanding with Schindler is also a key.

Very much so, Costa is a decent player but Wolves obviously don't play to his strengths, isolate the ball getting to him like we did with Knockeart at home and he'll be fine

Like schindler and hefele, Lowe has grown as the season as gone on. With Smith at rb this is the best back line I can remember since...sutton and hanvey days ..?

Player of the season for me....ok I know a bit fanciful but he has been excellent this season and is under rated, crosses the ball better than VLP.

Much as I loved that central pairing (with Brown and Burke/Robinson full backs) I think Schindler and Hefele show a little more composure on the ball, and are playing at a higher level.

I wish Chris Lowe had kicked the ball into row Z against Burton for their goal! Been an excellent signing nonetheless.

When his name is pronounced correctly, that's quite difficult to get in to a song

Probably best LB I've seen play for Town and dare I say even better than the great Tom Cowan. I'm not counting Chilwell as his time was brief and he was on loan. I'm also glossing over the rare mistake he made for the Burton goal in fact he probably did well to get across so quick.

Aikins miss controlled the ball for a split second, and Lowe had the chance to get a tackle in. He was unlucky that the ball came off Aikins shins and ran on for him.

Well Loewe is the German for lion, so maybe something on that theme? "He is Chris Lowe, the mighty Chris Lowe, and Town will win tonight"...to the tune of Wimba Way.
