It's our Wedding anniversary today and we've just got Ince and Palmer in. Slap up meal with our two kids tonight. Been a good day and it'll probably get better! Never knew they were trained somelliers as well?! 🤔🤣 |

Great signing. I'm not saying whether I think he is better than Brown or not. They're different players. Brown probably has more goal threat despite his play off misses, I see Palmer as more of a player involved in the early-middle stages of attacks.
The pair of them have fantastic ability.

Some incredible finishes, just the sort that you wish VLP could do on t'other side. You can't play this lad on the left and lose that option. Stunning around the box just where VLP runs out of ideas. Going to smarten up our free kicks no end. Wonder if he can take a decent corner. Might be a bit too much to ask for an £8-11 million player  |

One of the put downs when we went up was that we were a team full of loans ... it has some substance until we signed Mooy .., and kachunga ...and now have Palmer back as well!
Throw in ince, depoitre, lossl and the others strongly linked... just wow, literally we are building the strongest town side/squad in generations here!

Kachunga was always with a view to purchase, we only had one loaned from Chelsea most of the season due to injuries, Mooy and Ward. Our loans were very effective though. |

A lot is said about the dressing room influence of the experienced heads like Whitehead and Hudson etc, but, as a player, it's characters like this that I'd want alongside me, he must be the bubbliest most infectiously nice player we've ever had? He just makes you think, "right, no fear, let's take the reins off and see what happens". |

I have a soft spot for Brown but I'd have been happy for either Palmer or Brown to come back. Perhaps too soon to be dreaming of staying up but it sure looks like we are having a right go at being as competitive as we can sensibly afford, can't ask any more.
