My opinion is it is a done deal but won't be announced till he's back. Ince is a different matter, we haven't met Derbys valuation yet. It has been suggested that we have upped offer to £8.3M. Where? |

Isaid yesterday about people jumping t its all speculationhe gun over mooy and has is agent has said he has not signed a contract with anyone. He isn't saying he wont sign for town he isn't he will. I'm sure there will be other clubs interested so till he signs or doesn't like mooyits all speculation and has I said nothing official from town.The same with ince .Mooy is not a done deal as for ince like mooy wait and see My opinion is it is a done deal but won't be announced till he's back. He wont be guaranteed games at any other premier league club, with it being world cup year I'm pretty confident he'll end up at Town unless another club offers him a stupid amount more in wages. It should be a fairly easy decision for him to make I think. Sometimes it just clicks at a club and you cant necessarily replicate that straight off the cuff at another club. Plus he loves the club, Dean, Dave et al, the players and us fans!! If he has ambitions to play for a 'big' premier league team and he is good enough that will come if he delivers for Town in the PL.

With quite a few other prem clubs in the hunt, until he actually signs this is far from a done deal. All that seems to have happened is we've agreed a deal with man City. Thats a long way from agreeing a deal with Mooy! Think the press have jumped the gun on this. You can guarantee that if he ends up going somewhere else, they'll then run a story about how Town had him but he snubbed us at the last minute , making us look fools. In an ideal world this wouldn;t be reported until hes signed and our player but you can bet it will be his agent thats made it public. Examiner put up an article today saying how he's our record fee and comparing him to other clubs record fee as if he's already been announced. Embarrassing. We got an extra £4 million out of Blackburn after their manager blabbed too soon. Glad our folks are keeping their mouths shut. |

Agreed, and if he has confidence in himself, then a good World Cup tournament and he'll be able to negotiate a transfer/wage package that will dwarf anything he could have secured this season, surely? |
