no laws have been broken, nor have any of datms 'rules', hence this entire stunt is nothing but hardcore, far left extremism in a vain attempt to slowly wipe out those of opposing views. Similar to nazi germany albeit on a softer scale. Now if raydog was trully a advocate of freedom of expression he would end this ban today. But he clearly isnt, his motive is plain to see, to apease those who hold similar views in a vain attempt to gain popularity. If this whole joke was in a official appeal court, otium would be cleared of all charges and given a public apology. All admins who voted in favour of this ban do so in the opinion that otium is a homophobe, yet not one has the courage to display this. In conclusion, the leaders of this forum are corrupt, and a vote needs to be held to elect an entire new board of admins, excluding phil, who will remain in a advisory role until march 29th 1100pm when he will be dismissed dishonourably. So when you said Otium's freedom of expression has been restricted unlawfully, what exactly did you mean by 'unlawfully'? take a look at the UKs freedom of expression right. Whether its a law i do not know, but its certainley been restricted

Whether its a law i do not know, but its certainley been restricted Freedom of expression is freedom from legal consequences - ie that the government won't curtail your rights. It doesn't mean that you have a right to a platform. For example your employer could fire you for the things you say and that wouldn't be against the law. The government can't throw you in jail though (unless it's for one of the clear exceptions - for example inciting violence etc). As far as I know Otium has not been forbidden from saying anything he wants to say.

He aired a opinion which was controversial. Hes served a lengthy ban, why not pardon him on this occasion and release him on license

Though it still says Administrator under my name, I haven't been involved with the Admin team since the off season. I enjoy sparring with Oti and I of course enjoy his stories and I personally look forward to his return.

Time to let this one a rest lads. You are going around in perpetual circles and it's not a good look. We are one more central midfielder injury away from crisis; that's more important than this nonsense.

You need to be true to your hero/alter ego’s principles.
