Diakarby is unlikely to feature this season, Quaner is a last resort, at least he doesn’t “answer” back or challenge Wagners authority.

Can he do us all a favour and fall out with Quaner too for passing to the opposition all the time I’ve heard Quanner is total dick so it wouldn’t be hard to make up a row. Wagner will be embarrassed as he was probably his signing and he’s the worst player in living memory. Not been alive long?

Can't recall which game but had words with Wagner and stormed off down tunnel. I remember Ogden commentating on it, and how it seemed out of character.

Apparently not as bad as VLP did.

It does sound like a fall out with Wagner. So he's going out on loan and possibly comes back to play for us in the Championship after Wagner goes back to Germany in May.

VLP info from agent who represents one of towns squad, also same for Diakarby. Did the agent drop any info on incomings?

Wagner rules with an iron fist. If you upset him you are out. Also does this move not seem strange, a loan move? Why not just sell him? Is he going to come back in May when Wagner has walked and gone back to his homeland?

The only info re incomings was the Chupa Moting enquiry in the summer, wages far too high.

We’ve had worse players but not so inept for the division we’re in. Adnan Ahmed was worse but in league 2 he wasn’t as out of his depth as Colin was yesterday. It was like a pantomime act.

Fair point. However that tiny goalkeeper we had for a bit in league 2 under Jackson was the furthest out of his depth player I have ever seen at Town. He could barely reach the crossbar.

Not at all, we just haven't been as good as we were last season. Not improved at all. Some of the players have aka Billing and possibly Zanka but we are in a much worse position than we were this time last season. Despite 'playing well' I'm sorry and I know you don't agree with me but the lack of goals and league position proves this.

I think there's a bit more shrewdness on Town's part in this move than they're getting credit for. Rajiv adapted to the PL surprisingly well last season but we were still looking for something better in the market in the summer.
I reckon the only reason we're seeing Quaner coming off the bench is as an appeal to Dean to dig into his pockets again in January for a winger or two. He did a similar thing last season for the number 10 role before Pritchard came in. Obviously this would keep VLP out of the team anyway, so a loan makes sense.
Middlesbrough are pushing for promotion, so if they go up and we go down, and he impresses, they might pay through the nose to keep him. I somewhat doubt this unfortunately, as I can't think of a player we have that's less suitable to Pulis-ball.

Exactly, somethings happened behind closed doors. Why on earth would the club wheel him out at half time against Saints for the raffle draw? Bizarre. "Proof of life" for any interested club

I remember Joe Corrigan was considered a giant back in the 70s at 6ft 4. Probably average for a keeper now.
Sadly he was nowhere near professional standards.

Some of the players have aka Billing and possibly Zanka but we are in a much worse position than we were this time last season. Despite 'playing well' I'm sorry and I know you don't agree with me but the lack of goals and league position proves this. For me last year was like 30 cup finals- which we played great in 10. This year we’ve genuinely outplayed even dominated teams. Yet again yesterday I was sat there at half time thinking we should actually be leading 2-1. Simple chances for Kongolo and Billing at the beginning and end of the half. West Ham we dominated them for 45 and scored just the 1 goal. They improved second half & a mistake from flo and sublime finish from a £30m player in Anderson and there goes 2 points. We should’ve been out of sight. Newcastle- totally dominated a lathargic dispirited side. Half time 0-0. 5 good chances went begging. Unbelievably frustraring every week. Far more enjoyable to see us actually compete and threaten sides though. Yes I know we don’t actually score but seeing us out pass united and create genuine chances is an improvement on last year. Completely accept its improvement that may be meaningless but I’ve enjoyed watching Prichard/Mooy/Billing interplay. For me Wagner has made us creative again- like we were in the championship but alas we still have no cutting edge like we didn’t then. I don’t believe Brighton are massively better than us for example. They came up with a better squad and even now if you take Glenn murray away they’re on same points as us. Newcastle also had a stronger squad but we looked much the better side last week albeit not taking the points. I suppose it’s not a great argument as we’re bottom of the league but for me we are a bonefide premier league team and we’ve even competed with the top 6 of late. We could not have done that last year. (Man City were on the beach that day last year and Chelsea had nothing to play for) Did you see us at Arsenal? Criminal not to have taken a point there. We were always in the game.

Lets be honest he wasn’t good enough, decent outlet but his decision making was abysmal.
He has the footballers body and technique but sadly not the brain to go with it.

Fell out big time with Wagner, told time after time to pass when he would put teammates in goal scoring positions, continued to play as he ( VLP) wanted, therefore was not picked and would not be picked. Totally bad attitude according to Wagner, not a team player. So he goes. All of this was clear to see at Wolves. I swear we have the worst scouts in the business. Yea a terrible scouting network. Heff Schindler Kongolo Durm Mooy Lossl Going back further... Butterfield Clayton Rhodes Pilkington Etc etc The manager has the final say on transfers regardless. When things are shit like they are atm, everyone gets a finger pointed at them.

Not surprised Liverpool took him. Class act and a proud kosovan. I particularly liked his salute at the World Cup.

I saw this yesterday. Obviously got no idea if there is any truth in the comment. Sounds like typical town fan made up bollocks. There's always got to be someone shagging someone's wife/daughter/Ben Thornley if there looks to have been a falling out. My guess is he got pissed off being left out of the squad in favour of 3 worse wingers who cost more and are being paid more than him. Can't really blame him to be fair, just another casualty of our horrendously bad recruitment. Doesn't strike me as the type to keep his gob shut and maybe gone about it in the wrong way but if it were me I'd be very pissed off if my company bought three expensive people in, earning more than me to replace me who weren't half as good as me. I always feel players like him should be improbable. I mean it’s not a complicated game. The problem is people will feel even though what you say is undeniably true, he still offers more than Quanner et al.
