Quite impressive how it takes this long for a story like this to leak out.

Good, he's well past it anyway and it gives someone more deserving a chance to shine.

I would imagine Puncheon just meeting up with the squad at our Hotel nr Brighton rather than travel up here to catch a plane back down South.
If he has caused bother, adios, Certainly not the athletic, mobile, tenacious, player of the type we will be after.
Great signing 3 years ago.

Good...We don't need Southern journey men like this. Now fuck off! Lessons learnt we're building & coming back stronger next season

...tell you what...If I was Puncheon, an' I'd been subbed in the same manner as he was at Newcastle....I'd have been pretty fuckin' angry, too..!!!

Don't read or believe any of the shit the Daily Fail write. I also couldn't give a fuck about Puncheon. If there has been a fallout I hope he's been sent back to Palace rather than committing fraud every pay day.

And having gone a defender down with the red card, who do you think should have been subbed ahead of him?? He was the very obvious first choice given where he was playing and given he’s pretty much always one of the least effective players on the pitch.

Not usually one to believe the Daily Mail, but if the story is true and that's it for him, he has to be the worst loan signing we've made in a long time. I'll never forget his debut at Bristol City. Worst team performance of the season, and he slotted into it like he'd been playing with us all year. At least he didn't pull a knife out this time he got into a disagreement.

He was in the dugout with Smith congratulating the players at full time on Tuesday so sounds like crap again

He’s absolute crap, so slow it’s untrue. If he never plays for us again it will aid our preparations for next season.

Jan showed his power and the biggest cheese of them all disappears along with his playing career presumably. I bet he couldn't believe his luck when a loan player made himself the sacrificial lamb.

Who actually thought this was a good signing? What was the actual point of signing Jason Puncheon? If it was a Wagner signing it shows how mad he went toward the end. I genuinely believe a few thought we'd signed some Croydon Pirlo, except even slower and without the ability to create space for himself, or pick out a pass. He's shite, stealing for a living. Fuck him off back to Palace

It was before the wolves game and before the team was announced, he was in the initial team on the bench until it all kicked off.

He’s a tidy footballer. Pace has gone but it shows how dire the squad is at this level when Jason Puncheon comes in on loan and is your technically second best footballer.

Puncheon was going to lamp Jan, but he wasn't fast enough, so he just turned around uselessly and went back the way he came...

Down to ten men. That is the time to bring on a man with legs.

I had an argument outside the stadium with him after the arsenal game the guy is an absolute idiot! Good riddance!
His career as a player is over unless he decides to play for Dagenham etc.

He looks tidy because he's doing everything in slow motion so it looks nice and controlled. He constantly turns in to trouble and holds the ball for too long. No way should we be holding back the progress of some of our players by starting a has been before them

Mooy back now and hopefully the emergence of Stankovic can continue. Wouldn’t have wanted puncheon even in the championship.
