Not really, if he had said we wouldn’t be paying them anymore or reducing their salary without their consent then they would have breach of contract concerns but as long as they are paid then we will be fulfilling our side of it. He’s certainly open to snipe at the numpties talking nonsense or playing the keyboard warrior card What about them fulfilling their side, like actually trying?

PH - “where are the difficult questions? I see them on computer screens but I’m not hearing any” 😂😂 🎣🎣 He does come across as a bit of a smarmy twonk! Hopefully he’ll grow on me 🤣 One thing I would question is where he has said the two players won’t be involved in first team football at Hudds Town, hasn’t he just given them go ahead to walk out of their contracts on “sporting just cause” grounds and have any fee set by a tribunal? No.

Some seriously cringeworthy questions.
Has anyone asked about the Canalside plans and its completion?

Suppose effort is subjective and couldn’t really be proven either way whereas stopping paying someone could be. Well Sabiri, Hamer, Zanka and Billing are gone with regards to being involved in first team affairs so no point addressing them as options.

Someone commenting on our “African wingers” someone please take the mic off him. The guys obviously looking to impress any visiting scouts, probably hoping for a big transfer to the "Question time" audience

Whether you agree with or believe what he says, he does come across very well and is probably a more natural public speaker than Dean.

SEVEN players saying they wanted to leave in Jan's first week ! It shows how difficult a job he had to do last season, hopefully some posters on here may give him a little more time.

He’s certainly open to snipe at the numpties talking nonsense or playing the keyboard warrior card “Sporting just cause”. An established professional who has, in the course of the season, appeared in fewer than ten per cent of the official matches in which his club has been involved may terminate his contract prematurely on the ground of sporting just cause. Due consideration shall be given to the player’s circumstances in the appraisal of such cases. The existence of sporting just cause shall be established on a case-by-case basis. In such a case, sporting sanctions shall not be imposed, though compensation may be payable. A professional may only terminate his contract on this basis in the 15 days following the last official match of the season of the club with which he is registered.” So if “made to rot” they could walk away at the end of this season, Additionally there are other break clauses, they couldn’t for example be made to train alone all season without risk of contract being broken, they have to be allowed to “be professional footballers”...so would have to train with the development squad or similar.

Billing and Zanka are dead certs I think Sabiri might be another It certainly might explain why he wasn't worried about criticising the player's performances at times in post match interviews.

When he said ‘We don’t badmouth our players in the media so we won’t have our players badmouthing the club in the media’. He was absolutely 100% referring to Zanka and Billing.

I think they would...players will have a contractual obligation to play in u23 games if asked. But...as manager or owner, would you want them around “impressing” people??? If it were me I’d rather cut losses on a budget transfer or come to some agreement allowing them to buy theirselves out of their contract....wouldn’t want a situation similar to what we had with disruptive influences historically interfering with the squad at all (witness this first hand with Martin Macintosh who was an absolute cretin of a man encouraging players to do their best to manufacture exit from the club etc).
