Looks good, more integrated than the last one with a home for the stars and including the date. Agree that maybe we dint need the shield, bit old fashioned but overall it’s an improvement. I like we have included the more aggressive terrier too.

They've kept the shit dog, and it's still on a shield. For those two reasons, many people are going to get irrationally wound up about it, and for that reason. I think it's ace.

It doesn't go far enough IMO. I'm a fan of simple and modern designs. It doesnt mean we cant still nod to history at the same time.
Would like to see the suit of armour head removed, and a simplification of the ends of the name riband.
Bringing the three stars inside is good for the size of the badge.

I think it looks really good. All the changes seem well thought out and work from my perspective. The shield isn't going to go away anytime soon, simply because commercially it is much more functional. The outline shape is simple, whereas if it was just the it would be a complicated outline to manufacture. What is great is the badge looks much bigger within this silhouette. For me a fair compromise nicely achieved by moving the 3 stars into the the itself. |

Looks atrocious. The gradients make it look too dated and the modern dog just doesn’t suit the rest of the styling at all.
Does Castle Hill actually have a wall that is caved in on one side like that too?
Could have neatened up so much more than they have.

If they hadn't have told everyone and just released it.... I bet 60%+ wouldn't have even noticed without been told....
So for that reason and that reason alone.... its obviously huddersfield and therefore a good update.
Cant see why it would upset anyone, or split fans like a marmite badge.

I like it more than before but agree it could simplify further.
The key word being used is ‘Evolution’. They’ll likely strip this back more over the next few years
