Flo’s getting a load of stick for not finding a man in their box, but how often did we get more than one man in their box. When Derby scored their second, there must have been another 2 or 3 Derby players around the scorer wanting to get at us and score. Derby's second goal they had both Malone and Bogle making runs in behind to be played in. They swarmed us in attack and went in numbers. We attacked with Grant Pritchard and Diakhaby maybe the odd appearance from Bacuna and that was it. You don't score with nobody in the bastard box.

Can you imagine if Diakhaby or Mbenza played a full season and only got 2 goals and 3 assists. They'd get some right shit on here That's what VLP managed in 2016/17 The big difference is VLP knows exactly what he wants to do with it. Doesn’t always or even often come off but AT LEAST HE KNOWS. These lads don’t know what to do with the ball and Ben in this league with more space they both were far too slow of thought. It’s like they’re very new to the game- pushed into it because of their pace. Is there a video of these guys doing anything good? Like beating a man and getting a shot off and scoring? That might help your argument as no one at Town has seen more than the odd very slight glimpse.

I think we will struggle this season just have a feeling ...think we could be looking over our shoulders Why are you worried for us this season? You wasn’t the last two seasons in the Prem! It not long ago we joked that you’d be crawling out from under your stone once we were back in the Championship. You have had a great start to the season. Fantastic win for Massive Wednesday. Do everyone a favour, take your mask off and just come on here as Penistonewednesday. You would get far more respect. Chadders the Stoke fan, Bilo (Bradford), Marsh and Leeco both Leeds fans all come on here and don’t feel the need to come in disguise. You have not commented once since the May of promotion season. Not one single concerned post about the bad times or a celebration post about promotion or winning at Palace or beating Man Utd, or even the great achievement of survival. Not a peep from you. You are an absolute joke if you think you can come on here and hoodwink us into thinking you are a Town fan. If you can’t amend yourself to show who you really are then Fuck off onto Owlstalk and mix with your own you cretin.

Diakhaby was our biggest threat tonight. No one else got in behind like him Mbenza did ok when he came on. Some decent touches and passes. Wasn't helped by Kongolo playing like a spanner Diakhaby is breathtakingly quick but he ain't a footballer mate.. Mbenza I'll reserve final judgement but I have doubts Trouble is his replacement last night is breathtakingly slow and ain't a footballer either

He should be nowhere near the side. We were shite before he came on but even worse after.

Town need to strengthen with quality and experience after tonight . It is incredible that we seem to be scratting around for bargains when we be in a stronger financial position than ever before after our Premiership stay. Many more abject performances like last night and we will be looking up the league table again like last year. Once again we have no cutting edge. Very disappointing, Town fans deserve better. Hello belvoirterrier do you live in Leicestershire?

Last night I thought I was watching a re-run of one of last seasons poor performances.

My god. What a festival of bedwetting tripe I am reading here. 2 goals in 5 minutes killed off the game, one of which was entirely Elphick’s fault. Otherwise I thought the team competed and battled well, very well in fact. There was far more pace from midfield than on many occasions last season. Second half when we had to go for it looked promising. And all the stats bear that out Anyone believing dropping into the championship would bring a flood of goals / points is deluded. 46 league games, not 38 and all of them bloody hard work. Look at the past 3 seasons relegated teams and last saturday’s results if you don’t believe me. The only notable exception has been Newcastle and that is entirely down to the fact that Rafa is head and shoulders above any manager in England except Guardiola.
