And brought in TWO Premier League loans...or have you forgotten the Polish u21 international? No, the one loan I was referring to was Grabara and Chalobah wasn’t signed when I made that comment. 2 seasons in premier league and Town fans turn into a bunch of entitled teenagers. let's be honest here Mooy hasn't even been in our top 3 players since december. we need more bite and energy in the middle chalobah will allow hogg and Bacuna to press higher up the pitch which, for the system we want to play is more important than Mooys metronomic style. I think this could be a positive. I am sad to see Mooy leave but when he is on the field all the players look too him, he became almost too important which means when he plays poorly so do we. This move allows us to move away from that mindset and maybe be a little less one dimensional. Nobody is saying that. They are just rightly asking why when we’ve been in the Premier League for two seasons we have a budget as low, if not lower than the Powell days, and why we’ve not got a recognised senior left back in the squad. I am very concerned with some of the decision making and think PH hasn't helped himself with some things he's said, but at the same time I find SOME of the comments on here pathetic. Saturday has scope to out do Stoke last year for a thoroughly depressing and toxic atmosphere! The club have to be careful here that the fans don't turn on the players and the manager at games, that won't help anyway. The players really need to bust their balls to get a result in Saturday even it's a narrow 1-0 win and make sure we don't lose to Lincoln. I dread to think what's going to happen in we lose both. |

I think most will call for a change in management and rightly so. It looks like we have only given 3 games, but this has gone on from last season. Then again we could go on a mad win streak, Reece Brown with 8 assists and 4 goals, Town in the Top 2 and that’s that. After today, I’ve got to be positive now fuck it. |

My reading is that the board aren’t willing to back jan. He’s had 6/7 months in the job, must have had transfer targets but for whatever reason we’ve spent the bare minimum. To be honest I’ve not seen much that would lead me to disagree with them. Whatever the reason this window is a shambles. Dont see where the creativity is in this team. If that's the case they need to sack him. I personally don't think the board arnt willing to back Jan, they are being tight arses. |

This transfer window has been a joke... Exactly like last summer and we know where that got us.
The squad is now thread bare... No cover in defence at all...
The manager has absolutely no clue... Does he not see how predictable we are... How we don't adapt or play to our strengths?? Every single team since prem league season one who has held a high defensive line has had it very easy.. We don't use the space behind or turn defences.....
Hodgkinson is simply asset striping. Hoyle was a solid chairman no doubt but it would have been much better for the club if he sells to someone who has money to lose on pushing us further...
It's difficult to get back up... But we should absolutely be fighting for play offs and without stripping down the squad we had already the players to do this...
