I know teams have previously dropped through the division's through financial mismanagement, has one ever done it being rich as Fxck thanks to incompetence at board and management level ? ‘But we aren’t rich’ was the quote from Swiss Tony as he was noshed off by Kim Kardashian in the front seat of his gold plated Roller.

Is anybody actually surprised by that? Easiest £30 I've made in ages. He has to go now, no clue. This should have been used to gain confidence for the 1st eleven. I cashed out for 220 on a 20 quid bet that involved town. Although I had a 5 minute window to cash out at 1500 when Lincoln scored. Forest scored against Fleetwood which is when I gave in. Lincoln ended up being the only one out of four teams that won on my bet. Atleast town are consistent at one thing, being shite.

God this is depressing... Jan has 7 games left to show sign of forward improvement. Then he can't says he's had a fair crack and the next gaffer has enough time to save the season. So that will be one win in about 25 games. You sure you don't want to give him ten more ? Said at the start of the season I'd give him 10 games. I'am not the chairman so who knows, maybe after Fridays battering we will be looking for a new manager.

You're kidding aren't you ? 7 games? That’s right let’s leave it until we are bottom of the table ! ACT NOW.

In other news, Celtic are going out of the Champions League on away goals as things stand at home to Cluj. Sums my fucking night up and to cap it all I'm getting smug messages from a chestwanker/Rangers fan who fucked off to Oz 10 years ago 🤬

I don't like the way things are playing out just now, but also don't like instability off the field. This competition won't have been in our sights, which is a bit tough on the punters paying money tonight. But I'm more concerned that we have 72h in which to try and build up some positive vibes and tonight has probably put paid to that. I just hope that come Friday, the supporters and the players can start with a clean slate. It'll be tough on the back of tonight though... Are you in PR because seriously, you are doing a brilliant job of defending this rubbish?

I said at the start of the season, give him 4 or 5 games to show an improvement. Now we are at 3 and we are still useless and not getting any better. I had a lot of sympathy for him with the situation he came into last season but lets be honest he is FUCKING CLUELESS but thinks he is gods gift to football. A VERY dangerous combination.
If we do not beat Fulham on Friday he has to go and I have zero confidence that will happen.
If we don't get a win soon with confidence already low from last season we will be in a relegation battle.

True, but this still remains the team I'd pick not what I believe Jan will pick. I most certainly wouldn't, not with a far more lmportant (imo) game on Friday. Tonight's result and the inevitable meltdown, fan furore and hammer blow to confidence is precisely why I'd have played at least a few of our first choice players. Despite not caring about this cup the result is worth far more to Jan's immediate prospects than the importance of the specific game.

Our new chairman has a real problem. Funding seems to be a real issue. I wonder how much Dean has reclaimed of his directors loanS? Various pundits have said that we have been preparing for the championship since last January. Maybe they were wrong. Perhaps we were looking at League one! Maybe our new chairman IS the problem. Maybe the old chairman who sprinted out of the club with pockets full of cash is the problem... the manager hasn’t been able to spend a penny!

There are no sprigs or sprouts of improvement. If we were looking good going forward, but conceding then that would be something, or solid but not creating... but we are shit going forward, cant defend and the even the fucking midfield is all at sea.
There is nothing even to work with at all.

Good thing about the championship is you don't have to long to mope about a bad result.
3 days and we will have a different bad result to mope about.

A few years ago I watched town at Bristol City under Wandsworth. It was embarrassing to be a Town fan.
Being old enough to watch the original slide from the first to the fourth division I get the impression we might be just about to witness something similar.. why Did Dean sell the club to this guy? Was it all about recouping his money?
Dean gave us the best ten years we have had for years but why sell to a guy who clearly hasn't got the financial backing to compete? Or has he?
Something about this doesn't add up. If there were foreign investors prepared to get involved why did Dean turn them down?
At the risk of vilification for suggesting it maybe Dean was happy to be the most successful chairman.

Just saying that I've never been a big fan of change for change's sake, particularly at such an early stage in the season. But we need a spark pretty sharpish & Fri could well be the straw that breaks the camels back. I might sound more upbeat simply because I don't put as much importance on football nowadays.

As the transfer window is now shut with little progress made we only have one option left.
