Highlights from the friendly win at the weekend. Some really, really bad goalkeeping there, particularly the first two goals.

Good to see the girls getting involved with the kit launch again.
Georgia joined the team earlier this year just before lockdown and has also been nominated in the Football Content Awards for Best Young Content Creator 2020. I don't know if she is involved in some of the content the Women's team put out now. She is a scouser and a big Liverpool fan though.

Is it a problem with the website or are their fixtures not out yet?
Surely they'll be able to let "crowds" in?
Based on the two games I saw in Loughborough (Shepshed) last year, social distancing will not be an issue.

Women's football - equality gone mad. ...or why shouldn't 50% of the population play one of the best team sports in the world (arguably the best and I'd agree with that arguement). Do you f*****g REALLY think it's mad that that women should be allowed to play football?

Based on the two games I saw in Loughborough (Shepshed) last year, social distancing will not be an issue. Fixtures are out next week according to the FAWNL Twitter page. Season starts 4 weeks from today on 20th Sep. Fans are now allowed in from this weekend for Women's level 3 which Town are at.

Just beaten the small cocks from Manningham 6-0 ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ I remember when Manningham Ladies were something other than a football team. Is it still a popular place for a bit or kerb crawling? Asking for a mate.

Is it just the first game announced? Can't find any more but it seems on twitter as though other clubs are announcing more. Hopefully a trip to the East Midlands in September.

God willing I'll be at Lougborough. Might stretch my potential journey time to an hour and take in Sheffield on 25/10. ....& depending how much I'm missing live football by then (and how imminent watching the Mens team is) I might even consider Notts (sic) Forest at home 18/10.

2-1 win at Hull last night.
Four points from three games.
The two other games they've played were against the top two in the fledgling league.
The website suggests games are now being played behind closed doors.
Are the womens team really above the level that "crowds" aren't allowed in?

Appallling from the club Thatโs poor form. It would cost very little to help them out. I took my kids to see them in the FA Cup at the stadium last year and took that to mean relations were being fostered? Maybe itโs something to ask at the next HTSA meeting or Q&A with one of the senior club figures. Wonder if Maynard Blue can shed any light?

Appallling from the club Agreed They are all still wearing last seasons training kit too. They have Sunderland at home on Sunday and even they let them use the stadium of light last night and have access to all their training facilties. Poor from the club is that

Poor from the club is that Why ? -ย what do HTFC woman add to HTFC ? -ย apart form a few ticks in the "equality" box ? Have you been to watch Town in the past few years? If so, you will have noticed the demographics are changing - or have changed. Young females are an increased and increasing percentage of fans. Anything that enthuses these fans, a massive part of the clubs future, is a good thing. Having a women's team as an addition to the club is a good thing and not just about ticking boxes. Maybe you should ask yourself what YOU add to HTFC.
