When they are sold means nothing, the total amount sold does.
If we sell more than 15k for next season then we will have done well.

Bought mine. Compared with other stuff my money goes on, I think it's great value.

I've renewed mine tonight but I think a lot of people will wait to see if relegation is on the cards. A lot of people won't be able to stomach League One, nor will I but I'll turn up.

I’ll just wait until the last minute like I always do; don’t see the point in renewing 5 or 6 weeks before you actually have to. That money is better in my bank than someone else’s but then I am an accountant 😃. And I’m not interested in those money can’t buy prizes available for renewing early; the thought of dining with the Directors or management brings me out in a cold sweat. No offence but I wouldn’t have a clue what to say to them and would just feel uncomfortable.

It’ll kill em knowing they can only charge 30 quid for away fans though 😂

Its the first time for a few years I haven't renewed immediately.... I need a performance tonight to push me over the line. £249 for shit football isnt cheap.... it's a con.
Anyway. I know I will eventually renew, but at least the shoots of recovery need to be there before I do, it makes it feel better.

You really haven't a clue how spoilt you've been for the last few years have you? Perhaps if you supported Rotherham you would be happier paying £355 for this season, or perhaps Peterborough where you would have paid £399? Those aren't Premier League or Championship teams they are League One!

At least them seasons have seen their respective teams playing decent football, winning plenty and competing for promotion football. That’s all I ask for to be competitive

Anyone who complains about our season ticket prices needs their head shaking.
However anyone who doesn't think the last 15 months haven't been trying for us fans also needs their head shaking.
The two aren't mutually inclusive, you pays your money and you take what comes. It's a gamble (but one not helped by other factors it has to be said).

Town have hit a nice sweetspot with their season ticket pricing.

Leave it late till June 24th and they set you back £400. As I said, spoilt rotten!

£249 or less than £11 a game is incredibly cheap for any form of 'entertainment'.
You won't find tickets under £20 (and much, much more in many cases) for any credible acts (ie established, not 'Non league') live performance at Theatre, Gigs etc.
The difference between team sport and arts is that whether you are entertained is very questionable as to what's happened on the day. When it goes right, there is absolutely nothing better, think of say those two home games at the start of Feb 17. How could those be topped for thrillers with a happy ending? Then you get absolute nightmare performances like the last home game. A band would have to have an absolute howler (singer to lose his voice and lead guitarist fall off the stage) to send you home as p*ssed off as I was that night !!

You never know...if we do drop to league one we might just find our mojo at last and storm that league and win it , scoring loads and feeling great that "we're on our way back"...Fans will turn out to watch a winning team no matter what league we're in...

I don't see it as particuarly 'cheap' anymore but I do see it as fair value for the standard of football that has been on display this season.

Towns season tickets are promoted as being 'cheap' when it actual fact the price represents the quality/entertainment spot on. They are promoted as cheap because all other clubs overcharge for theirs.

They are cheap compared to the going rate. Whether you pay it or not is up to what the individual considers 'value' and affordability.
I for one consider the price of a decent Steak at a restaurant as not good value for money so tend to buy one from M&S and cook at home. Simply think that paying £20 or so for a lump of meat served on my plate is not money well spent.

35% up on Sales v wk1 Last year. Impressive Sean, impressive. Is it that impressive? This time last year just going to a game was a chore - basically taking yourself to a stadium to watch something you care about get a inevitable beating, week in week out without even laying a glove on the opponent. All the while listening to the wit of the away fans singing "You're shit and you know you are". With the best we could muster "we scored a goal" such was the novelty of the occassion! Not the best use of people's hard earned Not forgetting the clubs "not sleepwalk into relegation" summounted to getting Grant, Puncheon on loan (whose legs had already proven to have gone and he now plays in Cyprus) and a unknown youth team coach from Germany (plus Assistant from Barnsley) who between them didn't have a clue! So it's hardly a shock people weren't rushing to renew for more in the first week of the ST offer!

Anyone else not received an e mail re renewal?
Obviously knew that the info was out there but generally wait for the letter/e mail as a prompt and just seen they should have been sent by 17th February?
