... and that's why blink doesn't. Following that logic, Leeds fans would be calling for PPG to guarantee promotion yet the club and fans want to play it out. You're not very bright are you? Mind you, as most Leeds fans have the intelligence of rocking horse droppings and you speak for them, that's hardly surprising.
Which part of 'thousands of people are dying every week and thus finishing a football competition should be the last thing on people's minds' don't you get? (Don't come back with any shit about winter flu, check out excess deaths in Spring).
Whilst null and void isn't fair on some, it's the least worst option.

Be a shame if they played their 'biggest rivals' early on, no fans allowed in... "Staying at home together, we can't watch the Leeds....."

Look at the stats you moron, only 0.7% of people under 45 who are healthy not obese and have no underlying health issues have died from this, it’s 3% under 65. The fact is you’ve got more chance dying in a car accident. Get over it mate, the season is going ahead, you can cry all you want about wanting null and void because it ain’t happening. You’re scared because you don’t have faith you’ll survive, weak, pathetic and laughable

Just as pathetic as your posts. Every one of them littered with grammar and spelling errors and each one signed off with "real football people know what's what" or some similar inane nonsense. As you claim to be a scout for Town and everyone else is wrong because you know best as "I scout for Town". You should change your name to "pathetic".

If that happens then I'm not sure how anyone could buy the whole "sporting integrity" angle that the football authorities have been pushing. It's probably worth considering what would be happening now, if last season had been completed, would the EPL/EFL be thinking of starting the season in less than three weeks, given what is happening in the country? Almost certainly not. This season should be voided and all efforts concentrated on starting next season as close to normality as is possible. Absolute bollocks, this isn’t a new season, it’s 3/4 into an existing one, totally different. What happens if a 2nd hits 20 games Into next season, write that off too? Makes a mockery of the whole thing. You can’t just null and void otherwise what’s the point, you think it’s fairer that Liverpool are denied the title and Norwich are saved than the other way around? As I’ve stated all null and void does is reward failure and punish success it’s completely the wrong way round to how it should be. Funny how it’s only the likes of Villa, Norwich, Brighton, West Ham that have called for it in the Prem eh. You just can’t start a new season until this one is resolved one way or another. I wonder, would you be calling for null and void had this have happened 3 seasons ago and Town were sat in the play offs? I think not. The vast majority see that null and voiding this season would be wrong, it’s exactly why it has never been on the table from the start, those shouting for it just look weak and silly and afraid as they know they likely not good enough to stay up. My personal preference would be for the season to be completely paused as it is until such time that it could be completed in a fair manner. That means with the same players, in front of the same crowds and to a similar schedule. For reasons that have been done to death already, that cannot happen, so we are left with this massive rush to finish a compromised season. Players are already trying to avoid playing in three weeks for various reasons (Troy Deeney and Lyle Taylor, to name two) and I'd expect that to happen at a lot of clubs. Cramming games into a short period will favour certain teams with large squads. Playing behind closed doors is bollocks. PPG is bullshit, as has been proven many times when odd results happen at the end of a season. In my opinion (others are available) null and void is the only one which does maintain sporting integrity as the season can't be finished in the way it started.

In my opinion (others are available) null and void is the only one which does maintain sporting integrity as the season can't be finished in the way it started. Problem is you can’t just pause it for months on end due to players contracts, sponsorship deals tv rights etc. One way or another the season has to be concluded. If we were under half way through a season then I’d be able to see an argument for voiding it but no way with so much of the season played. Nobody asked for this but it we have to deal with it the best way possible. It’s far from ideal but it’s the same for everybody and we just have to get on with it. It’d suit me to do PPG or just end with the standings as they are now but I’d much rather play out the remaining 9 games.

The thing that's pathetic and laughable is sad as fuck Leeds fans signing up to another club's forum.
What actually scared me was my daughter (an NHS nurse) being tested positive for the virus, not what division Town will be playing in next season.

Any word on our remaining 4 home games being broadcast and available free to season ticket holders? It's the least you would expect if the games are behind closed doors. I'm willing to accept that social distancing may mean the quality of the coverage might be reduced a bit but surely a few cameras dotted about, couple of sound recordist and a couple of people properly spaced in a van to direct shouldn't be beyond current restrictions? The infrastructures all there from Prem seasons and there is an online platform for broadcast in place, just a matter of giving current SC holders access to it without charge.

How many over 65’s are playing football these days? So you want to keep the 97% of under 65’s locked up until we find a vaccine? That’ll work out well for the country and it’s economy.

Equally as funny would be getting promoted, not being able to go to watch them getting spanked every week, and ending up back at square one when things go back to normal.

I can’t believe people are talking about football with everything that is happening.
All the deaths from Covid, Cummings, George Floyd murder, Trump... there’s just so much going wrong in the world I don’t see how football can restart. It’s so insensitive.

I’m sure some would happily see the economy completely crash and stay in lockdown until we get a vaccine. It’s mental, we have to start living life again at some point and as pointed out you’ve actually more chance of dying in a car accident if your healthy and under 65. Maybe we should all stop driving too.

Football shouldn’t restart because of the George Floyd incident and because Cummings drove to Barnard Castle? Let’s stay in total lockdown with absolutely nothing in our lives to look forward to until we have a “perfect” world! We have lives to live - you can always make a personal choice of self isolation for ever more if you so wish.
