Bollocks. It'll last a season at most and we will lose far far far far far less than we have brought in. Its pure and simple asset stripping. This is every bit as bad as the Oystons however our fans have swallowed up every bit of the tiny town mantra the club have peddled and so don't question it like the Blackpool fans did. Its absolute neglect at a corporate scale and if the fans had any fucking bollocks they would be going en mass (wearing masks) to do to them what they did to Davy. A season at most is more than enough to ruin most of the EFL. That's why a LOT of the EFL clubs were happy to sell their soul (project big picture) He's not asset stripping. You think Hoyle would allow that? He's still a shareholder in the club and both men are Town fans. He's been a a ropey chairman thus far, but he's still a Town fan. Fucking Hoyle!!! We are in the shit we are because he has recalled his loans. Its utter claptrap. Last season what was the excuse then when there was no covid. Hoyle is the only person who comes out worse than Hodgkinson

It’s quite reminiscent of the way the country is being run too.

Big Phil currently is currently holding Bromby’s junk in one hand and a bread knife in the other whilst making him record a video saying it’s all his fault.

Like i give a fuck what Phil and co think of me. Its like they won the club in a raffle. Actually somebody mentioned Dream Team the other day. It has similarities only one person to blame. don't blame Phil. If only we had a multi millionaire on the board...

For anyone thinking we're in the shit because Dean wants his loans back, we are c35m up in transfers over the past 3 windows. The amount we were due to pay Dean over the 3 years is 35m.
We also have c90m in parachute payments coming in over 3 years. So where the fuck is that money?

The clubs plan is obviously to survive with as little budget as possible. I think they will have looked at Sheff Wednesday on minus 10 and Wycombe, who look doomed, and thought they will take a chance on there being another team worse than us.
It’s all very uninspiring. I think defensively and in midfield we are ok, but we are so weak up front and out wide. If Carlos manages to keep us up he’s done an amazing job.

Is anyone surprised in the slightest really? All the people who said wait and see what happens, and judge them at the end of the window. Anyone with half a brain knew what was going to happen.
The apologists will be still going strong though. Covid this and covid that. It hasn’t stopped other championship clubs. This club desperately needs a new owner and some funding. Danny ward and frasier Campbell up front with support from diakhaby, mbenza and koroma wow.

Absolutely disgusted by this management. They need to sell up and fuck off now. Absolute shit not half as disgusted the club are with morons like you and others. grow up I aren't here to throw insults Positive but c'mon man. Our recruitment team is a shambles and is led by Leigh Bromby who has been given that position for no apparent reason than he was already in the building. We still employ kids like Marsh, who lets face it would have been sacked in any other industry. Do you believe those 2 brought in Eiting and Pipa, not a chance. Those 2 will have been down to CC and his staff.....guaranteed. This club has had a month to source players and put deals in place, not one day, a f**king month. There is one other reasonable explanation of course. Just maybe clubs and players do not want to deal with us. If I were a player looking for a loan I would stay well clear. Basket case of club

My sympathy is with Carlos. He probably got the job as he was desperate for his first step in management and he won’t challenge Phil on the lack of signings, but he deserves much better. THIS. I've been ridiculously impressed with how he's improved the style of play, how much better a number of players are playing and the quality of signings that have been made. We're desperate for another striker and with a half-decent one we would've been looking up the table rather than down.

Great management and completely goes against all the rhetoric which came out of the club when coming down, as to our financial security moving forwards and not needing to sell players. COVID clearly has impacted the club, but there remains so much which doesn't add up at all.

What qualifications did he have to justify landing that job? He’s clearly just a yes man who’s bought himself a nice haircut and suit.

I would look closer to home why should he answer the vile uncouth loud mouths who woudnt believe him whatever answer he gave Fair play to you Positive, you have the patience of a saint. Even you must acknowledge Big Phil is better suited to driving a clown car than running a football club though. That’s a insult to a clown!

They can't use covid as an excuse, they put this plan together during the lockdown so knew what the situation was.
He is the worse owner in the history of the club. Totally out of his depth

He's entitled to receive them back in exchange for ownership of the club Blame Phil for buying the club in exchange for the loans if you have beef about that. Dean Hoyle remains a Town legend

We had one leveraged on the 2nd year's parachutes which I assumed was done at the back end of the year to cover the gap between payments which is a common tool. There doesn't seem to be anything in particular that was spent on, hence why I assumed that.

Well that's the end of the 3 window transition.... Thats what I call backing Carlos, Now we should judge PH on results this year, Obviously targeting the top 6 as stated 3 Windows ago.

According to local tv news fee for Grant is £2.5m now and £2.5m a year for 5 years so assuming Charlton have a sell on clause that would leave little or nothing to spend on anyone, short term. Even more staggering is the quote from Bromby yesterday saying the reason the Grant transfer dragged on was because the club held out for the best deal for the club! Thinking about it our Phil has pulled off a blinder for himself, securing around £2m for the next six years, to cover the £1.5m salary cap in league one, seeing as he has got fuck all to put in.

PP was 45M in first season, loan was 31M still leaves 14M. Add the other 45M due plus player sales just this window which on a Conservative estimate is 26M. Plus last season we had sponsorship, decent SC uptake corporate stuff etc putting cash through the club. Something is definitely wrong.

This shit show wont even save money.
Total panic in January chucking borrowed money at trying to get out of the relegation places. Same as last season.

I think it was also stated at the time, the money for canal side (£20 million) was already ring fenced from the tv money when we were in the premier. Now the project has been scaled back, what happened to that spare cash?
