Amazing news today, truly feels like we're about to be back to normal again now!
Sheff Wednesday away on Sunday 1st August then. Town confirm on the website: "Information on possible attendance will be confirmed in due course."

Brilliant news.
Not been to the ground for the longest spell in my entire life.
I am just hoping that enough people will like me, have decided to put the last few years behind them and pack the ground for our 1st home game.

I thought the purpose of restricted capacities would be to spread the crowd more sparsely, not to have everyone clustered together in some areas, and other areas totally empty.

Another anomaly in the 'fight'.? Just progressively increasing numbers in the studies, instead of going unrestricted without prior evidence and having to justify being idiotic if rampant transmission resulted!

Apparently double jab needed to attend matches from September; will we hit the 16k figure?

Apparently double jab needed to attend matches from September; will we hit the 16k figure? Apparently the card given out when you had your jabs isn’t considered to be sufficient evidence that you’ve had them! You need to download the NHS app (not the NHS COVID app) and this contains your jab details and is acceptable.

Apparently double jab needed to attend matches from September; will we hit the 16k figure? Disgraceful if this actually happens. I've had the jab myself and have a 2nd one next week but the idea that people that don't want it or can't have it are essentially going to be excluded from society really doesn't sit right with me.

If I could get my parents to get it sorted then, believe me, anyone else can do it. And, once it's set up, it's easy to use.

If there's a pointless queue every game I'm going to blow the stadium up.

Maybe Clubs could limit the attendances to 15,999 to get round this?
Doubt we'll get this high an attendance for most games.

Most the Championship then really. Its discrimination to those that haven't or can't have the jab due to certain medical conditions. Think they're treading finely here and can see some serious revolt around it. How soon will it be double jabbed come first for x, y, z and being able to shop etc. No jab, no life..... Sad really.

What do people who don't have mobile phones do? Provide the paper evidence. What qualifies as paper evidence if the card you were given to prove you've had both jabs isn't admissible?

First they came for the nightclubbers – but I did not go to night clubs so I did not protest Then they came for the football fans – but I did not go to football so I did not protest Then they came for the concert goers – but I did not go to concerts so I did not protest Then they came for the pub drinkers – but as I do not drink I did not protest
They they came for me – and there was no one left to speak for me
Martin Niemöller - as almost written on the United States Holocaust Memorial.
And people say that our government isn't behaving in a fascist manner 🤷♂️

Or you go on the NHS website and download and print a copy - www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/Or just generate a fake one.

I don’t see the issue.
If you choose not to have a jab then I bet you are still expecting to be treated by the NHS if you catch it and need treatment. Why should the taxpayer cover that cost? You risk catching it going into crowded places so we shouldn’t have to pay for that risk.
The only problem is if someone is physically unable to have a jab because they have another condition. I can’t imagine that there are many of them and they should be given an exemption.

I haven't had the jab, nor will I allow my kids just yet. Id rather wait to see the full effects of the jab in a few years time, like with any trial drug. I've already tested positive 6 months ago for it and so did one of the children, flu like and seemingly OK now, so chose not to have the jab when letters came through the door every other week. You do know you can catch it off someone with a dose of the jab too right? 60% of people currently in hospital with it are double jabbed currently. What need does this bring to have a passport for it? It makes no sense and seemingly feels like it's gone past the stage of being about a virus now. Tin foil hat or what not. The things they said were conspiracies are becoming truth. Pretty sure they said they wouldn't implement this either. More shit talking I'm afraid. If I can't go to Town games as of October, I've got my iFollow at the ready.....

Many had their first jab over 6 months ago. It has been created by experts in their field. I just don’t understand people who don’t think it is safe.

If I catch anything the NHS had better frigging treat it or someone is giving me a whopping refund on all the National Insurance payments I've made for 25 years plus. I still haven't had the vaccination. My choice. If that means I can't do stuff others can then so be it. They can stick their vaccine passport up their fucking arse.

Many did, a fair few healthy people have also developed inflamed heart tissues since. I don't want it, quite simply by my own choice, shouldn't that at least be respected. You've said over 2 Billion have had it in the world, there's a damn sight more than that in population. There's plenty of people I know refusing to have it. The figures being touted are the figures they tell you. I wouldn't believe much that comes from them if I'm honest. Segregation is what's happening, it isn't good at all and if it's accepted by the general population, then shit times lay ahead.
