For those who are unaware, Paul Fletcher - whilst never having been a Town player, as epsom correctly pointed out - was a driving force in the creation of the Kirklees/McAlpine Stadium project. He then moved on and did exactly the same back at Bolton.

Alan Gowling, bit too easy that one. Well, in fairness, I did say that it was. Even though Gowling played 3 seasons when Town were dropping down through leagues & was clearly the best player we had by a country mile, never once did he give less than 100% effort & an unbelievable scoring record at the time........gets him in my all time Town team.
