The referee for this evening's game will be Tim Robinson. Game Over. Still the worst refereeing performance I’ve ever seen when he reffed us against Charlton.

Schofield Sarr Stearman Keogh Rowe O'Brien Vallejo Bacuna Pipa Mbenza Campbell That's the team I'd go with tonight. I'd try yaya instead of mbenza looks a bit more physical, mbenza goes hiding when it's physical

Cardiff are strong in the opponents box, long throw ins, corners, freekicks...we need as much height and aggression on the field as possible so that excludes Mbenze who is a pussy...so let's put Yaya in from the off. Town have been weak defending our own area, lack of concentration, organisation, height and positional sense..that shambolic goal Brum scored epitomised our weakness both physically and mentally. It's about time the whol;e team got bloody annoyed , manned up and got stuck in...

"It's about time the whol;e team got bloody annoyed , manned up and got stuck in..."
And on that note I notice that Pritchard has "a slight knock" and isn't available for tonight.
Part of me is pleased because he has shown no willingness whatsoever to play for my team, and part of me is furious - there surely is a case for him being the worst player ever signed by the club, bearing in mind the fee and his weekly wages.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Already purchased my beers for tonight. I tend to be 6/7 deep by kick off so I can hopefully fall asleep.

Looking forward to this one: but not because I'm expecting a Town win.
Cardiff are on a really good run, we all know that, but I'm intrigued as to how they'll perform given the astounding fact that they've laked midweek games since the turn of February! After this game, they'll have their first full week break since 6 weeks or so! In their 5 away games in February, only Middlesbrough managed to take a point off them!
And they won't want to disappoint Mick McCarthy in his 1000th game as a manager!
It seems I feel compelled to write exclamation marks after every sentence about them, and for that reason alone, I feel there's no way we can win this one.
Expectation level is low, very low.

Glad someone was. All I saw was aimless balls being booted to no one. I saw jukevic run into wide areas a few times to make a few aimless long balls? I'm not advocating a lot of long balls but sometimes you can make something out of them if you are chasing a few? Campbell does a lot of running about but rarely makes a long wider ball? 2 of the goals v Swansea came from Bacuna hitting it longer and quicker into Campbell with players supporting him

With the lack of players i wonder if it’s time to go with 3 proper centre halves, it’s the only position we are not short of options. Play a back 4 of REG, Stears, Nabby and Crichlow 🤔

One game where the team framed a bit better. The bad days could be better just by a bit more graft, it might not make a great difference but you never know?

33 of us hardy souls think we’ll win. I have the apprehension I had when I was a kid and my Mum let me stay up late on a Saturday night to watch “Appointment with Fear”

I'm confident of a Town win tonight, just as I was against Wycombe, Preston, and Birmingham. One day my confidence will be repaid. It's the law of averages.

I’m confident that we’ve got a great chance of scoring first. After that, not so much.

I wasn't arguing with what you put, just pointing out that going longer quicker paid off in our last decent performance but I've never seen it mentioned on here.

You have the option to watch this in HD, through fingers over your eyes, in a drunken stupor or from behind the settee. I believe there is also parental guidance due to potential horrific and unpredictable content. UTT

I wasnt arguing just probably stating the same as you. Lots of long possession in the last 2 games ending in a useless punt upfield . The quicker, longer ball being the key?

Feel like I’ve hardly blinked since Tuesday and it’s a Matchday again.
Not expecting much tonight at all.
Last thing we need is not just a loss but a hammering to our GD as well.
Keep it tight.
