Also, you dont necessarily try to replace a £10m OBrien with an identical player for under £1 cos clearly he isnt necessarily going to be just as good at the same things. You replace him by ringing in players that allow us to play in a slightly different way. Believe there is a scene in the film Moneyball where pretty much exactly this is explained by Brad Pitt and Jonah Hill Great film btw. |

Spot on… Carlos recognised its progress or your out (which isn’t aligned to Hoyle mid table aspirations)! The writing was on the wall when OBrien & Toff were left out of team photos and CC loan targets were dismissed, as being unaffordable. Standby for Nichols signing a pre contract in January, really disappointing that yet again we have failed to build on the momentum we had gained. How can Nichols sign a pre contact with anyone in January Hasn’t he got 12 months left on his deal? Could sign for the Greeks 1/1/23 |

He spoke in the White Rose after the Burnley game -on its own that was a credit to him because no Town player under Carles ever came up after a game to speak to Rambo -and confirmed he was happy to confirm he had signed a four year contract/when Rambo asked about his lack of game time over previous two years he said and I quote-I lost somebody very close to me and it took a long time to get over it -
Back to O’Brien -Given the CC situation now it makes you wonder how much he was positively involved getting o brien and Toffolo to Forest
Steve Cooper said immediately after the Wembley game to Sky that him and CC always kept in touch through the season-I bet they bloody did

Rotting away, such a shame as it was clearly such an unnecessary signing for Forest. Somehow can't get a game ahead of Ryan Yates either who is probably the worst central midfielder to ever play in the premier league and who LOB had on toast in every game they played against each other last year.

Same here but if they don’t anytime soon, I hope they finish rock bottom. I’ll even sacrifice Gipson staying up as long as they get pummelled every week and go down. |

Yeah surprised by that I don't think he's the type. I don't think he'll be pushing for a move away either he's in the Premier League and I don't think any other Premier League teams would want him at all. I seriously doubt he or his agent are pushing for a move back to the Championship. |

Bet Cooper cant remember who he had a bust up with. Probably going through his squad photos for the next couple of weeks till it rings a bell? Cooper said they were considering bringing another 3 in, in January so that may confound him further.? They will have to train in shifts.. |

You have a point, however what I find more strange is that people feel the need to correct others to make them feel better over the incorrect use of a word. If this happened in a pub nobody would bat an eye lid, they’d keep on chatting and having a sup but because it’s on a forum people feel the need to pull others up on it. That what I find more bizarre. |
