Great to see him back at the club, a club he clearly loves & the fans love him too.
I'm sure he'll give everything to his new role, the full 144%.

Just what we need, another club ambassador type appointment. Nothing against him but surely if we are that skint we have to sell before we add some much needed quality to the first X1 then surely his salary could have been put into the transfer budget? We are either skint or we aren't? Another signing made with the heart not with the head

I suspect Harratt is now earning more than Hefele, it'll make no difference to the transfer or wages budget. Mind you, he'll probably bring in more than his salary in extra sponsorship how he's here.

By a million miles, the best decision Phil Hodgkinson has made since taking over
Excellent news
I can’t think of a downside to this in all of his wide ranging role
The fans adore him, kids look up to him, he’s infectious, he lights up a room, he naturally engages, he’s positive, he was a huge success.
He’ll get the fans going at games, he’ll get people more engaged with the club, he’s a commercial dream.
But beyond the character is someone who has worked his socks off to get to where he did, he knew he had a great opportunity and he took it, in his words his biggest strength is his heart. He wore his heart on his sleeve and he epitomised the no limits / never say die / terrier attitude

Get him in the North Stand with a loudhailer for the first game. Place would be absolutely bouncing.

A good interview here from the Dresden site. (Hopefully you can view it through a browser that automatically translates, although it does throw up some strange translations ) link

Probably be the manager then in a couple of months? I suspect that's what he's been brought in for and to be honest, might not be a bad thing.

Love this clip from his interview with Radio Leeds. Just a bloke that absolutely loves this club... Great stuff, but why did we need the subtitles BBC? Inclusive for the hard of hearing perhaps, but his English is probably better than half the posters on here.

If you needed any further proof of his superhuman abilities, there you go Superhuman indeed, he even managed to get some movement out of Immobile in Dresden's cup tie with Dortmund 6 years ago. Here is the "gift" goal he was talking about in the interview: Didn't let him bother him in the long run, of course. Love his enthusiasm, could make a big difference to the mindset of the Town this season.

Or make them the manager of your favourite football team. 🤪 I've said it before - ex players like him, Schindler and Boothy should never be manager, other than possibly interim. They'll get some leeway, but the twats will eventually have it in for em.
