Hopefully he'll turn in some riveting performances. And have opposition players in his back pocket ! Would be good to be in his shoes if he performs well within this platform Town have given him ! I look forward to seeing him zipping around the pitch soon.

Interesting to see on the main site that Sam Parkin feels his best position would be the left hand side of 3 CBs & that he often uses his pace to get him through difficult situations, I'm hoping more & more that that's the way we'll go this season. Pearson, Sarr & this lad sounds like we should be able to be much more solid at the back.

An 18 year old centre half isn't going to come in and be all conquering, it just never happens. I hope I'm wrong but the level of expectation he's already garnered on here will only lead to disappointment in my eyes.
I'm confident Chelsea will have negotiated that he gets a certain amount of game time though.
I'd just rather get REG and Crichlow game time. They both deserve it from last season's games.
Sorry to be a buzzkill

A bit of a Jeanius by all accounts, too good for Pepe is Levi.

There’s no flies on Levi - I reckon many strikers will end up in his pocket

So far we’ve signed
3 experienced league 1 / 2 players A striker who was fantastic until 2016 A no nonsense defender who has risen up to championship and has a better defensive record last season
None of whom really fit the system of 1. high intensity, pressing, attacking football which was supposed to be our brand / identity which we wanted 2. the coach was brought in to deliver … both which failed miserably and we seem to have given up on …
This one is a future premier league player and could fit that mould - good.

Sorry to be a buzzkill Carlos stuck by liability Sarr and showed a lack of faith / ability to develop youth last season He’d rather play give away a goal every other game Sarr than Crichlow If we’re stuck with Sarr then Crichlow should go out on loan ideally league 1 and get regular game time He at least reluctantly played REG who was underused vs Keogh but right footed v Crichlow / Sarr / Colwill left

Plus we've already got the smallest midfield in the league, we'd have the shortest defence too with those 2 playing.

Incredibly lightweight and no height at all plus no playmaker. It’s the area I’m hoping will be strengthened before the start of the season.

We haven’t replaced eiting. Short of quality in there at the minute, couple of injuries in the middle of the park and Phil will be putting his boots on.

Vallejo offers height and he seems like a DLP / DCM hybrid to me. He needs two things IMO - fitness and a bit more speed. He'd be one of the best midfielders in the champ if he did.
