Overseas Viewers - I enjoyed our Ifollow coverage the last couple of seasons but now that's gone it seems some of us will be lucky to catch one or two games a season on Bein Sports. I wonder if Town will have full, but much delayed, coverage on their web site? I thought iFollow was still going to be available for overseas viewers? The Sky Sports+ is just for the UK as Sky now hold all the UK EFL rights. Thanks, you are correct.. something similar to Ifollow is available thankfully: Video (international) Video match passes are available to overseas supporters for most league matches, excluding those chosen for international broadcast. If a match is selected for international broadcast, it will only be available in 'unsold markets' - territories where there is not a broadcast agreement in place. As with domestic viewers, Carabao Cup fixtures cannot be streamed No price as yet.

Cambridge away moved to a Friday night, what a set of wankers. Not great for travelling fans unless anyone's up for Mad Friday round Cambridge! Like the article says, helps the team out having a bigger gap to Boxing Day/28th games. The other positive is that we know today that there are no further fixture changes for any of our games before the FA Cup 3rd round in Jan 2025.

matches on sky are ones we get here. Looks like a select few others will go to another service. Very worried about how to watch the majority of matches this season.

Sky have selected Crawley v Birmingham on Mon 23rd Dec @8pm.....Ouch. Just Blackpool (H), Leyton Orient (A) & Wycombe (A) that could possibly be postponed for the international break.......Lets hope not, would mean two long trips midweek to rearrange.

At least Orient away hasn't changed, although there are engineering works on the East Coast Mainline on 12th October so I was left with two options (from Leeds).
Train to St Pancras via Sheffield (£75 return) or National Express to Golders Green (£20 return). For the sake of an extra 45 minutes travel time each way, I went for the cheap option as it means more brass available to spend in the Coach & Horses 🍻🍻

Don’t think many people realised just how shit this new Sky deal is. Stoke have only got four. 3 oclock Saturday games between the start of the season and new year 12.30/5.30 ko offs are a real pain for genuine fans. Particularly away fans or those like my son who have an 80 mile round trip for a home game
Yet again football selling its soul to Sky There should be a mass protest at every TV game

The 12.30 one is the shittest one.

Anyone got a printer friendly fixture list for 2024-25? The club website one is most definitely not printer friendly!

A typically unnecessarily complicated page. Why not include a summary table showing old/new times/dates??

So by my reckoning, of the first 16 competitive games this season covering through to the end of October, only one away game (at Leyton Orient) is not available to watch on TV. (plus throw in any progression beyond the League Cup 1st round that would also be televised in this period).
That there are six home games not televised in that timeframe tells you all you need to know about how games are selected, although I'm surprised Bolton isn't.
Its kind of crazy, given League 1 gets less coverage than the deal we would have been on in the Championship...the EFL is going to truly be turned into an armchair sport just as the PL became 15-20 years ago.
Aug 10th - A - Peterboro - televised. 13th - H - Morecambe (League Cup) - televised 17th - H - Stevenage - NOT televised 24th - H - Shrewsbury - NOT televised 31st - A - Rotherham - Televised.
Sep 4th - A - Doncaster - (EFL Trophy) - Televised 14th - H - Bolton - NOT televised 21st - H - Northampton - NOT televised 28th - A - Reading - Televised
Oct 1st - A - Birmingham - Televised 5th - H - Barnsley - Televised 8th - H - Barnsley - (EFL Trophy) - Televised 12th - A - Leyton Orient - NOT televised 19th - H - Bristol R - NOT televised 22nd - A - Wrexham - Televised 26th - H - Exeter - NOT televised

It’s during the International break and all League 1 & 2 fixtures will be available on Sky Sports+ I’ve worked out we will be on the Sky platform in one way or another at least 24 times this season and possibly more once the picks for January onwards get done

We are biting the bullet and booking Orient hotel/train, played on International break weekend. They had 2 games postponed last year due to International call ups but the one v Port Vale was due to Vale players being called up, not sure about the Exeter game.

Suspect away ticket sales especially will totally dive across the board in the coming years.

Town put Blackpool tickets on sale yesterday with no mention that it could be postponed due to international call ups or have we agreed to play regardless (would we without Spencer/Koroma?)......The home game (Northampton) after could be moved too, Giants final home game is the last round of fixtures on Friday 20th Sept, last time Blackpool the game was moved to Sunday (goal that wasn't match).

A bloody nuicence this malarkey with Sky times tho for the likes of maself and Lossiemouthtownfan it’s handy for planning trips the big advance notice so credit to them for that anyway ! 😊
No point of goin to the best footy bar tomorrow then as HTAFC not gonna be on and the last bus home is 5.10pm (The joys of Living on an Island - And it’s not safe to chance drink driving these days as the cops aren’t pissed in the pub the way they used to be)...
So will nip up shortly to ma local bar to see if they can get the game on at 5.30pm...
I need a ‘Hare o’ The Dog’ after The Islay Agriculture Show Dance last night ! 😉 🍺 🥃

I'm getting a bit confused about how things are working so I'm hoping someone can try and explain things for me.
As I've mentioned previously, we have a TiVo box with virgin so can't get Sky Sports+ without upgrading. I didn't expect to be able to watch our game against Peterborough so I was surprised to see that it was on the red button (which I thought was no more).
I believe our game was a "picked" one but not for regular Sky Sports. Does this mean that the games against Rotherham and Reading will also be available on the red button, as I believe they have also been picked.
We're looking at Now TV but if I can watch the games anyway, I'd rather avoid forking out for it.
Sorry if I sound thick, but trying to find the most cost effective way of getting all the Town games, without having to spend every waking hour clearing our recordings.
