We don’t need a left back Yuta signed to play there backed up by ruffles and Jackson Yuta looks like a hell of a player. But our squad depth seems to rely on him doing double time and playing centre back and left back at the same time. Surely if we sign this polish chap that will give us a option to play him at left back. |

Expect Grant to be announced shortly Go smash it Danny lad! Personally would have had him on the bench, especially if Koroma is going. But if we aren’t giving him game time hope he gets it there. |

We clearly started the season thinking the squad was stronger than it is. Even the manager walking didn’t hit home. Now we’re scrabbling into the final hour of the window, desperately signing players who won’t be fit for almost 4 months. Do you ever get tired of beating the club up? Yes. I despise it deeply. I dearly wish we acted like we knew what we were doing. |

Yet we have still tried very hard to get one today. That’s says more about our recruitment than owt else then when we’d look at a position that’s well stocked and neglecting central midfield Not really the LB we really wanted could also play CM so would have been a perfect signing, doesn’t look like it will happen now however, loaning club wanted too many clauses regarding playing time shame as would have made a very good day an excellent day. |

Good to see that Grant has got a loan move. Harrogate have been trying to get Diarra all summer by the sounds of their manager in the local press. I guess we said no and offered them Grant instead.

Behave yourself, show some respect! Centre backs should be ugly, just remember, it didn’t stop Tony Adams rattling Caprice. There’s always something underhand about players like Paulo Maldini swanning around in a back four like they’re David Essex. Good luck to Boyle, he was dealt a bum hand by us and I really hope he has a successful second half to his career. I wish I was as ugly as Christopher Schindler. |
