I hope he isn't a player who won't play with or goes off with the slightest knock. That was my first thought. Hopefully an ungenerous one, but it definitely looked like a small jarring of the knee, no more…. |

Only Town could leave their new signings on the bench because they’ve not had time to integrate into the squad and look like a team of strangers.
Just do one Hoyle, you’re bleeding the club dry and holding it back. What other team would finish 3rd in the league and then appoint a youth team manager with no experience of managing first team games. Pathetic.

Beaten by a much better side. 0-1 a good result, not a chance created all game. Their keeper could have spent the game on a sun lounger. Hopefully they’re the best team in the league by some distance.

Most teams would be throwing the kitchen sink at them in the last 10, not town, we gave up in the first 10.

Interesting that we seem to be carrying baggage from the play off final. Absolutely nowhere near in the first half with most of our team from last season. The new players need to start next week.
By the way... anybody any idea how we are trying to play now? Looks like it's back to hoof ball... not a single instance did we play it out from the back tonight.

4 in a row now, Burnley, Fulham, Derby and Chelsea.

They looked good to me and still looking to strengthen (just offered £6m for O’Hare at Coventry). We were poor, which obviously helped. |
