Sad I couldn't go to this one now, much better Town! Hopefully we can build some momentum going forward now.

Much improved team performance. Rudoni the standout for me. Only question now is whether to stick with Thomas? We have plenty of wingers as options: Grant, Aarons, Koroma, Mahoney and Rowe. I get he isn’t always great from open play but he deserves his place for set pieces alone.

A good result against a really poor Stoke side. Much needed improvements and still a lot to work on but we needed a result and we got one. Holmes MOTM for me, he won the game for us.

Great result! Still some things to work on, but there’s plenty there to work with. Rudoni was excellent, you could see him being vocal and talking throughout the game. That formation just works for us currently. The defensive work was excellent, our lines were much much better today.

Only caught parts of each half on a stream but some of the play, quick switches and passes from Rudoni were sublime at times

Does anyone know how to pick Radio L**ds post match report from outside DAB transmission area or is it time for another complaint to the BBC. There should be no excuse for not providing multi-channel Internet broadcast as it shouldn't cost much and they are beyond the restrictions during the match.

Sounds like we were a different team today. Brilliant. Mostly we were just a team... unlike a fortnight ago when we looked like 11 random lads picked out of a school playground who all spoke different languages.

The League Table looks A lot better tonight, well-done lads Yup. From a quick look seven teams in the division without a win as yet, including four tipped to be in the automatic promotion, or playoff spots.

Not one player less than 7/10 (Tino maybe 6.5) but would say Nicholls, Turton, Yuta, Rudoni and Holmes all 8/10. Ruffels best performance in a town shirt… striker problems aren’t what people suggest if they get chances they both score at this level!!!

Great performance today, much needed 3 points
A bit worried by Lees so far this seaosn. Looks so far off the player we saw last season. Keeps getting caught under high balls, doesn't seem to be able to move his feet quick enough and reactions are poor. Hopefully he's just taking a bit of time to get fully fit again

How to win a game without Lewis O'Brien... play Jack Rudoni in the middle.

Some excellent performances all round from front to back. Nicholls - one of the best penalty saves I've seen live, got down incredibly well to save a good penalty Nakayama - fantastic header to open the scoring and a very assured defensive performance, barely got out of second gear Rudoni - great driving runs from midfield, looks very composed on the ball and will play a big part in our attacks Ward - led the line excellently against a physical set of defenders. Great hold up play and deserved his goal

An enjoyable game, a terrific win and some semblance of a half decent team emerging. Lee Nichols made a great save which will boost his confidence no end. But, Stokes goal was nailed on from the moment they stormed through our midfield, it wasn't a case of our midfield going to sleep, there was quite literaly no one in mid field whatsoever. That aside not a bad performance.

No, he isn't, he is just playing rather crappily at the moment.

Perfect substitutions, one sub sets two goals up, and another sub who replaces a goalscorer scores a goal himself.

No, he isn't, he is just playing rather crappily at the moment. Had some of his better moments (the cross for the opener aside) just before he went off. With the sort of player he is, there's always a danger the stuff he tries won't come off and he'll end up looking like an utter clown... call it the Collin Quaner effect. His decision making needs some work, for sure.

wasn't able to follow it today but saw the lineup and had a feeling we'd win it, going back to a 3 looks to have worked then? was it as good as the scoreline looks?
