I suspect he'll have plenty of time to sit and ponder during the international break. Mind you, if they are daft enough to put him in the squad, they're probably daft enough to play him. May have his place taken by Jones!

Put a shift in when he came on, helped keep the ball away from our goal. Okay, corners not great but all in all played his part in the win, all be it a small part. Let's get off his case now eh. Please

Please I really don't see what he did. He literally took 1 corner that didn't beat the first man and tried smashing the ball into the middle of next week, when a tap into the corner would have been enough.

Lots said about him before the game. He needs to knuckle down now and fight for his place. No doubting his ability but he needs to find last seasons form quickly.

Christ.
We had one corner all match, which he took and wasn’t great.
Before he came on we had 80 minutes of about 55% pass success rate. It was horrendous.
But yeah, let’s moan about that solitary corner.

there's something a bit off on both fronts. Fans are paying microscopic attention to him to pick at his body language and criticising quite harshly in general. But they are drawing attention to things that are happening to some extent, as he's definitely in his head a lot. I just think the significance of it is being overplayed because of the amount he's being scrutinised.
As for today, he shanked an easy chance. Of course he did! He's done it regularly the whole time he's been with us. We need to get off his back a bit and give him a chance to get back to his normal self

Sorba often throws his toys out, it's not the best attitude to have.
The biggest issue with Sorba is the effort he puts in when pressing and tracking back isn't fantastic, and his awareness of what's going on around him defensively is poor.
I think it was good to see him dropped today, it will do him good, but hopefully he can find his best form again... and soon! So let's keep backing him.

One bad corner is absolutely nothing. You'll see the best set piece takers in world football take a bad one.
Let's also point out it was his very first touch of the game.
As much as he needs to improve, at least let the lad warm up.

He was fantastic last season.
This year he has been played out of position. Really not sure why he gets so much abuse.

In Narcis's comment in his post match interview, he mentioned that players have to play as a unit as a 'them' not a 'me' and don't have to be friends off the pitch, but have to be together on the pitch. I feel there was a big hint there as to whats not right.

I remember Jack Hunt getting the treatment for a bad attitude, or whatever, and people started scrutinising has body language. Coming away from somewhere like Rotherham I remember some guy trying to get everyone around us interested in Hunt not thanking the fans enough at the end of the match. DATM can be a bad echo chamber for this sort of scrutiny as it can have a bit of a snowball affect that leads to criticism and murmurs towards him at the match.

No need for booo’s when he came in, thought that was shocking From where we were sat it sounded like Cardiff fans booing?. Me and others around me thought the same and were asking what is all that about?, has he played badly for Wales?. Last time I saw him play for Wales he was shite. Although in his defence that might have had something to do with the decision to play him at left back.

I went to watch West Brom v Brum in midweek. In the match programme, which is generally pretty good at WBA, there were a whole load of statistics about the Championship this season. The one that really caught my eye (and surprised me) was: Most chances created: Sorba Thomas - 23

Thomas had a dip in form last season but came back well.
His direct assist record was great, but how many other goals did he have a big influence on?
Hopefully the training with the Welsh squad will give him a break and he’ll come back all guns blazing…

Thomas will come good again, and I’ll support him all the way til he gets back to the levels of last season.
His poor form this season is not for the want of trying, he’s running and pressing more than ever, he’s almost trying too hard.
Playing out of position too, can’t wait til he’s firing g again at RW.

His form will return but needs to be starting on the right where he does most damage. Consistency always has been a general problem with wingers, even Ryan Giggs & John Barnes suffered from it. Sorba will be ok and he’ll have one eye on making the Welsh WC squad so needs to start putting in some consistently decent performances if he’s to make it.

Last season excepted, we've always been bab at corners. Even Mooy struggled to get it over the first man most of the time.

I don't know about any specific incidents, so could obviously be wrong about what is happening with Sorba specifically.
Either way, it seems a lot of people can't help but have an overly strong opinion one way or the other, even when there's little to go from, and of these some even go into the realms of hate and vitriol. Appreciate this is occasionally heat of the moment, on match day.
They always assume what supports their view too, such as the amateur psychiatrist bollocks: 'he thinks he's better than he is'. To be honest, as an amateur psychiatrist myself (😂) I suspect those that tend to assume the worst of others are basing it on their own traits and behaviours!
Give it six months to a year and they'll be saying Camara is 'believing his own hype' with his first sustained dip in form, instead of just accepting these things usually happen. Even Lewis had this dip, and it didn't take long for a fair few to start talking of getting rid of him.
