Just thinking the same. All it does is increase the pressure on Schofield which seems harsh. Look at the responses on the tweet from town, every other response is asking for Wagner to be back in charge. it'll be nice for Wagner to be back and get the reception he deserved in person. But I think it's inconsiderate from Hoyle and there's no chance he didn't account for the possibility of this reaction from the fans. I'd be fuming if I were Schofield. Won't be his first time undermining a manager! I think there is only Hogg and Heffele, who is now coaching, who were part of the squad back then. Football moves on very quickly so I wouldn’t see this as any slight on Danny.

Was Rowe in Wagners squad? Dont think he played 1st team until Seivert was the manager though.

Dean's master plan, do not spend, put Danny in charge, at not much cost, negotiate a plan with Wagner to take charge.

People making a bit of a big deal here.
It's summer, he's not working for once, and is maybe visiting England with his family (who will have friends here). Be rude not to have him.
It's not disrespectful to DS, and if it is he's too fragile to be a manager

Wagner is a Town legend that's for sure but anyone wanting him back has lost the plot. No Plan B, no idea at times, more so in the disastrous 2nd season. He'll be warmly received and rightly so but talk of having him back is a no no for me.

Overall the bloke did a fantastic job and that’s what he should be remembered for.

Typical Town fans; always looking for drama in any given situation, no matter how positive. A case in point; Neil Warnock's halt-time appearance at the Stoke game.
Darren Bullock's s'pposed to be attending soon, do we think he's resigning?

It was all a perfect storm I guess though, something the club have never been able to build upon or replicate since. The fans bought in to it big time, even me and it takes a lot for me to get carried away, where Town are concerned anyway.

On the chance to speak to Steve Bruce and David Wagner > "It's a major thing in football as a player and a coach - you never stop learning, and to speak to those people who have been through it and have those experiences, it's great to chat to them."

I wonder if his visit coincides with an interview for the Stoke job? They must have several possibilities lined up.

Im surprised at that, just got them promoted and only been there six months, then again loyalty and anything like it is extremely rare, its got to be about money cos hes hardly going to a bigger club.
