This confused me, as I know: Wouldn't fuck it with a Ragman's trumpet Arsehole/fanny like a Ragman's trumpet And not worth a blow down a Ragman's trumpet I'm intrigued as to which one applies! Spunk Trumpet ? - like some lasss you knew years ago ? Is that you, mother?

hopefully a good reception its the man in the stands that needs booing Yeah lets cheer the bloke who fucked us off just before the season started after we stuck with him long enough for him to make his name and lets boo the bloke who's financially propping up the club. All those bleating about lack of ambition.. go down to the club and donate a few thousand quid of YOUR money so the club can show more ambition. Take it out of your bank and hand it over. If youre prepared to do that then you begin to have some right to bleat about lack of ambition. because 'lack of ambition' is basically a call for the club to spend money it doesnt have.. or more accurately a call for the owner to put EVEN MORE of his money in. Well you put more of yours in first. You show 'ambition' with your money. Share the burden. I can just see the queue forming now... my arse! I'm pretty certain loads of us on here have put thousands of pounds into the club. And we won't ask for it back either.

Rumours in the WBA fanbase that the deal has fallen through. Meanwhile, Leeds fans getting increasingly unhappy with the Yank. I wonder if there's something brewing there.

Corberan chasing the money..what with his massive wad from Olympiakos curtesy of Marinakis...was that just a convenient way of slipping Carlos a few million for 'services rendered' ? oooh, naughty me thinking such a thing could happen...

So Carlos can bring his team to our stadium? Unless we buck up he would have to take them down twice

Seen a WBA fan tweeting that the deal for Carlos has fallen through and they're going into administration 🤔. Where do we stand on Grants money then ?

Football creditors are a priority ahead in administration circumstances and are paid in full usually, ahead of everyone else who get pennies in the pound. The -15 points could be just as valuable for Town.

He was announced last night by West Brom and their fans are buzzing about it. I would say this is going to haunt us but I doubt it’ll matter when we’re in L1 🤣

Town bottom, working for a Scottish bloke he can barely understand, club ownership up in the air. Not much worth sticking around here for

He won't get the patience he had here, his style of football will not go down well with a team/fans that think they should be scoring lots of goals and winning comfortably.
Interesting appointment, externally it probably looks a good one for West Brom, but from what we saw he has his work cut out if results don't immediately shift, the fans will be in uproar watching his "style" he had our support as we finished 3rd when most hoped for 12th-16th. If he had finished 14th second season fans clamour would have been the sack.
WBA expectation is top 2 and probably still top 6 this season. He will get slaughtered if he has a bad run of games.

It's like he's had, at some point, three different contracts to be employed on this very day,by three different football clubs. Must be a record. (the cad)

I still can’t believe their fans hounded out Ishmael. He had them comfortably in the play-offs last season.

worst of luck to him. I hope Bruce's last act at the club was blocking the office toilet with a colossal jobbie that has a stench so cursed that it is still haunting his thoughts when he fucks off somewhere else for more money.

if he does well it'll be so frustrating to see. A team we beat home and away in the prem, sending them down. Since then they've gone up and down again. Similar size ground to ours too. Yet going there constitutes ambition and being here is always a stepping stone or compromise

(the cad) David Moyes definitely had the same in 2017 Man Utd - 6 year contract 2013-2019 (sacked in 2014) Sunderland - 4 year contract 2016-2020 (sacked in 2017) West Ham - 6 month contract 2017-2018 Wow! Great digging mate. Moyes must have made millions in that period. Football is crazy.

Yet going there constitutes ambition and being here is always a stepping stone or compromise Like it or not, WBA are still looked at as part of the W Midlands big guns, which includes Villa, Wolves, West Brom & Brum. We’re not attached to a big city, which is why the perception is there are only 3 big clubs in Yorkshire. It’s always about the perception, driven by marketing and media page filling potential. I’m happy not to be a big club in that respect. Quite happy being an honest club with a decent hard core of support when you consider the catchment area. Big city clubs are where the TV folk want to drive the game.
