What's the world coming to Ken, you can't even laugh at dwarves anymore. Funniest sit com characters ever those two coppers. Crime can't crack itself.

I messaged my mate, a season ticket holder at Sunderland. His response; Don’t blame him tbh. He’s been fucked about by the club. Tried to get rid of him in the summer but he wanted to stay. They said he wouldn’t get a new contract. Then he started playing really well and the fans are all kicking off coz the club won’t give him a new contract when he’s one of our best players and coz of his age it doesn’t go with the “model” then he’s had a lot of interest from other clubs offering 2 1/2 yr contracts. He wants to stay at Sunderland and the club have come out publicly and said we’ve offered him a new deal (they did that to appease the fans coz the relationship with them is dog shit at the moment). Turns out it’s only 1 yr contract on peanuts. Taking the piss. Trying to make him look the bad guy but it’s the shitty club. Rare to see a club’s fans a backing a player who wants out over the club.

If you look on their forum, he was and still is very popular with the vast majority of fans.
And this even after he refused to play for them as a contracted Player!.
And he gave us nothing.
Just reinforces for me that he is by some distance the worst signing Town has ever made.
And my rationale for that is fee paid, wages, appearances, attitude, commitment, effort.
Did he ever even have a decent 45 minutes for us never mind a full match?.

IMO, the word was he was hiding behind an injury and that just says everything about him.

His major contribution to Town was the picture of him pissed up after clubbing in London when PL survival was secured.

Just another article about a journeyman footballer…
As per Slapps comment, maybe they should think about hiring a decent researcher or proof reader as well?

"Huddersfield's tactical use of Pritchard was partly to blame for his failure at the club." Hard to get the tactics right when a cyst kept him out so long.

I’ve never seen a weaker footballer, mentally and physically. He literally could not elevate the ball off of the floor when shooting from outside of the box.

Very much a player for when things were going well. He would tolerate not winning most weeks in the Premier League, but not in any other division. When he was out, a team wasn't doing well and he didn't fancy digging in and getting his hands dirty. Teams did well for him, not the other way around.

To you and I, a cyst is likely a small irritation (like Pritchard) but it wouldn’t stop us doing our jobs. A cyst to Pritchard, is likely to be akin to a balloon on his stupid dwarf body. Little bastard.

His shooting was bizarre when with us, went from being able to curl in 25 yarders to every shot being a pea roller that bounced three times on its way towards goal. I suspect he's one of those that doesn't particularly enjoy the game and is looking forward to retirement.

I preferred him on corners to Mooy if I'm honest. In keeping with the narrative of the thread, he's a poisonous little shit .

Always baffled me that Mooy could ping a 40 yard pass without taking a first touch and land it on a sixpence, but couldn’t clear the first man from a corner.

Similar to Rhodes with penalties, natural finisher but was historically woeful from the spot.
