Frankly Im anything but amazed that you wouldn't give a flying fuck about an example of woke absurdity., gag n bone person. I don't find it an example of anything other than how easily the people who tell everyone else how often they are "triggered" get triggered themselves. What difference does it make if it's man, player, person, human? it's so inconsequential. Remember when they changed it from "linesman" to "referee's assistant"? Did the world end? Did it fuck....

They started having female referees running the lines so at least that made some sense. It wasnt simply because the use of the word 'man' was suddenly deemed wrong.
Triggered?.. Im commenting on it.. giving my view of it... how its woke absurdity in its finest IMO. Im no more triggered than you are in your desire to get across your faux amazement at that.

The recent woke-led mashing of the English language feels to me like creeping fascism disguised as good manners...... but more importantly, if he can keep fit and disciplined, Kasumu could be massive for Town this season.

Not triggered by it yet contributed 12 or 13 posts regarding it in this thread... Player of the match is technically more correct, does anyone really take much notice who gets these "awards" anyway never mind care enough what it's called?

Communism was the devil incarnate back then though and given examples of Russia, China and North Korea you can see where he was coming from.

Good people, we have gone of track far enough. You are spoiling the Kasumu thread. Lets get back on topic please. Kasumu... pronoun politics...Ronald Reagan Cmon Keith, it was always going to go that way! Kasumu has become an important player, no question about that, especially with Hogg being out. I didnt think he was MOTM the other day but I like that people are raving about the performance of one of our new signings. Some of the comments about how our summer business was basically crap were such bollocks its good to see the alternative view for a change, with Rudoni, Yuta and Helik also having very strong games on Saturday. What is Kasumus suspension situation like? He has 4 yellows, plus the two he got at Luton, which he's already served a suspension for. So do those two not count to his tally now? So is he effectively on 4 now, with one more meaning a game out? As reports said when he signed, I think we'll just have to accept he'll miss a few games each season though suspension.

Out of interest, who was your leftfield, surprise MotM on Saturday then? Rudoni for me. Then the two centre backs who were both excellent , then Kosumu and Holmes about the same. Just shows its a game of opinions mate. Like I said, none of our group of 7 thought it was Kasumu. Doesnt make us right, doesnt make us wrong.

Kusumu is on 4 yellows, one away from a suspension. The suspension barrier goes to 10 yellows from the 20th league game (after QPR next Tuesday), but the punishment rises to 2 games.

My moneys on Kasumu not going these 3 games without picking another yellow up so imagine he'll miss one of those games... or is 2 anyway if he's already had one suspension this season? If you can explain the substitution rules now, and how many youre allowed that would be great!

I think if(when) he picks up his next yellow it’s a 1 game ban.For me I’d prefer he picked it up tonight and missed Blackburn over Swansea.Away we have looked extremely poor anyway so maybe better he’s available for the home game. Obviously I doubt the player is thinking that way he will get booked when he gets booked it guess.

If he has to miss one of the next 3 after tonight, I'd prefer it to be away at QPR (the 'most likely defeat irrespective of him playing') and be available for Blackburn AND Swansea?

PS - Surely everyone has quickly understood the new subs rules?!
7 named subs. 5 changes can be made, but during only a max of 3 stoppages in play, plus a change allowed at half-time. So if you want to make 5, then at least one change must be a double (or more) sub.
And who knows if the potential 2 concussion subs is still being used (and whether the extra subs granted to the other team result in an extra stoppage, or they can just take advantage of extra changes beyond 5 during the regular 3+1 stoppages).

REST him from QPR to guarantee his availability for Swansea, or just play him, and hope he's available for all 4 games and if he gets a card against QPR then we just deal with it v Swansea (especially as Hogg apparently has returned to training now and he'll have a full week behind him by then) Or another way of looking at it - do we *WANT* Kasumu to get booked on Saturday!?

All games are winnable in this league, not sure I've seen a decent side yet. So he plays every game for me and if he gets booked so be it. Kasumu will be chuffed to bits now he knows he's an integral part of the side.
