I don't understand this manager. I've got my level one coaching badge and usually if we are losing a game we would chance the shape, mix it up and change formations. That's the basics.
If you are losing why maintain five at the back.
I am almost sure this guy doesn't know what to do on the sideline.
He is about as much out of his depth as Liz Truss was.

All the evidence that we've seen, seems to support what you say, even though it pays me to say it.
In fairness, he does need to be given a few matches more (given the new acquisitions) to be judged objectively.
The timing is not good though :-(

I just don’t see what he is trying to do. We constantly gave the ball away. The minute the wing backs pushed forward, Coventry just passed through us.
Ruffels. Dear me he is just awful. I’ve been saying it all season. Why can they not see it.
Bilo - 6
Lowton - 5
Lees - 5
Pearson -6
Helik - 5
Ruffels - minus 100
High - 5
Hogg - 5
Holmes - minus 100
Rudhoni - 7 only one trying.
Rhodes 6 - a younger Rhodes would have scored a couple

Next five games will define our season i think. If we come out of them with naff all i think relegation is more than likely. At this stage i still think we can stay up. Weve got a lot of the teams in and around the promotion and playoff spots after this run of five.

What I saw again today was a team that were there for the taking if we'd been more on the front foot from the start. Not saying an easy win, but they had some nerves. Then Cov come out after a geeing-up at half time and we just didn't. Be brave, it's the only way we will change the tide.

We never go for it when we’re behind, we just plod along in our passive shape with no intent to actually go and do something. It’s hope(less) football. We just hope something drops for us, hope we take our one chance, then hope for dear life that we can cling on. If we’re going to go down then I want to see us go down swinging, not cowering in the corner hoping to avoid a pounding. I don’t think the players are good enough but it must be hard work playing in this team, especially if you’re an attacking player. At least if we showed some impetus it might inspire one of two of them to create something every now and again. |

I’ve been saying it all season. Why can they not see it. Why isn't Ben Jackson featuring for the first team. What I witnessed today was a team that seemed disinterested in picking up points. Maybe they think relegation will secure their contracts fot league one. Fozza said he would get us out of the relegation struggle, to do this he needs the dressing room behind him as PJ had in the great escape. From what I witnessed today was that the dressing room isn't behind Fozza at all. What is going on ?In his press conference he said the back 4 protected Bilo well. It was more like a back 7 and they didn't because coventry scored 2.
We need a left back.
We sign another injured player.
Kamberi looks awful as we suspected.
Bromby is failing big time.

What good would getting rid of Bromby do now? He’s going nowhere.
MF, probably gets next week for me and if there’s no improvement and we lose then he can go. I just don’t think anyone gets us out of this mess. And the truth is, before today (haven’t checked since), MF would have us around 16th if he’d started the season if you take his ppg. Damage was done in preseason and first 8 games under Schofield.

If you think we will get rid of Bromby, get a new director of football, sign a load of players that will keep us up and get rid of the dross before Tuesday then fair play, let’s get rid. We need points in these next few games. Our fixtures become very tricky from the end of Feb onwards. If he keeps approaching these must win games like a L2 side away at a Premier league team then we won't get many points. We will be down before Easter.
He has shown in a nothing to lose game vs Preston that he is incapable of taking the handbrake off. That 2nd half performance at Hull was shameful. He's had 2 weeks to work with the players as no rest days were needed and we looked as flat as a fart today.
He has to go!

I’ve voted to get rid of MF only. Another transfer window is almost over and most of our business (irrespective of what you think of that business) is done. I can’t see Bromby being here beyond the summer but I’d be surprised if he was to go before. He is part of the problem though.
