Have just spoken to my contact and asked the question, who and do they have football connections, he’s promised a call back later pm, depends if there is a specific non disclosure in place at the moment. They have football connections and the phrase “ billionaires “, at this moment no further info available. Did the phrase expand with "are" or "aren't" ? 😁 |

The fact they're not going public and have NDAs in place suggests to me they're not fully confident of this getting approved It’s normal not to announce deals like this until the detail is confirmed and DD is completed , otherwise people end up with egg on their faces. It’s maybe more unusual to have been told that an agreement had been made first but I suppose they felt they had to address things with the admin deadline uncertainty.. |

I think it’s just a case that the deal hasn’t been allowed through yet They’ll have to have the deal ratified by EFL and all that? |

Considering Baldwin worked for the EFL and it was part of his job, no doubt he would not have got the deal signed off if he was not certain everything stacked up. Maybe that alone might speed our process up, you never know. |

Just saw this on Zygi Wilf Wikipedia page. In August 2013, Wilf, along with his brother, Mark Wilf, and cousin, were found liable by a New Jersey court for breaking civil state racketeering laws and keeping separate accounting books to fleece former business partners of shared revenue. Hes the best owner this clubs ever had, certainly in the post war modern era. He should sit back, concentrate on his health and be immensely proud of his time owning the club. Not just the journey he took us on and all those memories, but because hes leaving us in a much better place than he found us,,,even if we end up going down this season. Ultimately the experience has cost him £40m plus what he could have earned if he'd done something else with that money all along. Despite that, and the crap he gets, I hope he doesnt regret it. Hes left his mark on the clubs history and its been a successful one. The best owner we've ever had, that's correct. Can his critics name a better owner? William Lawson Hardcastle? 😁 |

If, for whatever reason, they fail any of the checks required to go ahead with the purchase then they probably don't want their name attached to that. IMO it, not unreasonably, will be kept under NDAs until all the boxes are ticked. |
