Colin will have them up for this game, against his former club and as far as I know the club he supports. They will give their all, as they know that is what Colin and us, the supporters, expect. We can ask no more - UTT

Basically,If Reading still had their points,we would be relegated now despite our run of form.Yes? Rotherham, Cardiff, Reading & QPR could still go down if Reading had their 6 points, would also sill be in our hands as we have a game in hand over everyone. And we'll finish above all of them if we win our last two games

Wonder if he’d be as polite as he was to Lineker

Someone else getting offended on another person's behalf?
In Britain?
Shocking!

I wonder if David Ginola got upset at being called a Vagina Dildo He's French. Probably thinks it's a job description or a "happy time" instruction

Not seen much of Utd on TV this season but what I have seen I thought they played a fair bit of long ball, down the channels..Don't know if that's a regular style or not, but if they do that to us they'll by-pass our hard working midfield and hit our weak spots every time...

I'm genuinely nervous about this one. And I thought I'd outgrown being nervous about football matches several years ago! I really do not want a last-day shootout with Reading. If we get the point we need that would just be magnificent.

I dont think there will be many town fans who aren't even a little bit nervous about thursday, i've tried to tell myself over the years its only a game, but even though i'm nowhere near as bad as i was when i was younger i still cant help myself, afterall we wouldnt go if we weren't bothered.

If you're nervous now just wait until Monday if it doesn't go well.. Save it for then, this is a free hit and the more relaxed the ground is the better we will do, absolutely nothing to lose but everything to gain

Nerves are part and parcel, heck this is a massive game in my opinnion far bigger than forrest last year was. Every player on Thursday has to be right on top of their game total effeort and concentration will be needed.

Taken from the article you put a link for. Match of the Day? Tell Gary Lineker to f**k off,” Warnock jokingly said in the footage, which was caught live on Canadian TV. “Oh, have you caught that on camera? He called me Colin. Can I say ‘I’m Colin here’. You don’t know why I’m Colin do you? Right.” 1.Warnock jokingly said. 2. Obviously the reporter didn't get it.

451 shut down the midfield and use Headley and hungbo as outlets I reckon, 0-0 will do it 2-0 will be even better of course.

see we've got the 'Hawkeye' ref again...J Busby , for this one...4th time this season..Blackpool, Brum, Boro' and the Blades... He must be getting some good marks/reviews off Neil, then again we did win both games.......strange choice of Josh Smith for the Reading game given the enormity it could have.

If we lose on Thursday, which easily could and probably should. i hope everyone stays at the end. Make some noise, let them know what we think of recent efforts and that we are confident going into the Reading game. This. The last thing we need is sudden last minute nerves after Warnock has got them enjoying it again. They need to go into the last game feeling free and supported... Cheering them and getting behind them will do that.

I doubt there's a single town fan - those who call him Colin and those who don't alike - that doesn't have enormous respect for the guy. I bloody love the guy. I still call him Colin.

It's hard to ignore my inner cynicism regarding this fixture. Sheff United already up and no reason to give a shit either way, they're Warnock's club and Warnock's people, it's got a 0-0 or 0-1 festival of shithousery written all over it and I've not even thought about the possibility of losing this one. I could be wrong and we might get dicked 4-0, but if I was a Reading fan I'd be massively uncomfortable about the Warnock factor in this fixture.

Boomer? Really? 70s kid so definitely not a boomer. And also the reason I thought you were getting offended on someone else's behalf. It's generally the younger folks I see that coming from. Love the passive aggressive though, quality
