They may be training exercises against cannon fodder but if it builds confidence, especially in front of goal, then bring it on.

To answer the couple of questions about the last time we scored a home penalty, I believe it was Karlan Grant vs Bristol City on 25th Feb 2020. So almost 3 and a half years.
