So can i expect to see most of the first team tonight v Bodmin. Very important for club members to know what goes on the scone first --- Jam or cream --- as getting this wrong could piss the locals right off in both Devon and Cornwall mmmmmmmmmm
Before even getting to jam or cream (obviously its jam first with cream on top - only a lunatic would attempt to spread jam on top of the weak foundation of cream)....can we just point out that it's.... SCONE...that rhymes with CONE, and doesn't rhyme with GONE. SCONE is SCONE, not SGONE. I mean its obvious right? So why do so many fools say SGONE ? Because the joke about the fastest cake in the world doesn't work if your pronunciation is right. |

Better than Wagners Swedish trip and that didn’t turn out too shabby. No idea what comparison you’re drawing - I don’t know how the two are comparable. The difference being we went to a survival camp in Sweden on a team bonding trip and weren’t training. This time we’re at a training camp. They’re training at an agricultural college. Not even at a purpose built facility. Yes that’s true. Maybe I was imagining the key rationale for the West Country trip was team bonding (and that might deliberately involve roughing it a bit?) |

Must have been around 100 town fans present to be treated to a goal feast in what was the most one sided match i have ever seen in my 61 years following the club
Some really nice one touch football from start to finish from what looked a very fit and lively squad
Bodmin fans looked well pissed off from start to finish and Sorba grabbing one of their players round the throat didnt help even though it was a nasty foul on him.
Expecting similar result V both Tavistock and Liskeard and so nice to see so many goals tonight with many being of the highest quality
I recon Tavistock players must be shitting themselves after seeing this 9-0 hammering
