I think he will make a player.. one more loan needed though Definitely. He's only been a professional for four years, played six matches and had six loan spells away from the club. There's definitely a player in there and he just needs a chance. I'd argue that he's a bigger prospect than REG was, and he was a great prospect. Can't wait for Scott High to come through either. Very good prospect. Needs a spell out on loan though.

Those six loan spells in the last five years aren't enough and despite the 50 appearances at Town, he's not had a chance yet. Definitely a player in there.

Phillips scored 8 in 14games now for Sac 2 against Mls opposition. Great return... Think 4/5 of those games he played 20/30mins Be nice to see a young Austerfield loan over there aswell until Xmas and return both for the Xmas period. I thought KP took his 1st goal really well with a good touch initially then nice close control running with the ball & taking on a man with a deft finish pass the keeper......Ok, the defenders weren't great but Phillips beat what was in front of him with a lot of confidence.

Personally I'd of kept Reg over aging defender like Pearson and Lees. Not kept up with his career since leaving hope it's going well

I've seen many goals like that from the guy. Scored 1 against Salford from the halfway line running past players. Definitely a player that needs ball to feet running at people or a through ball... Not a target man or a poacher.

MoTown v SacTown in Detroit City @midnight.....Will KP have the defenders 'spinning' in Detroit tonight?

Didn't score looking at highlights but was involved in the game.. looked like an end to end game.
Sacramento won with KP sub Cicerone back from injury with a back post header.

Too weak and shit in the air to be a CB, too slow to be a full-back and passing too shit to be a midfielder.

No goals for Kieran couple of chances on target and nearly had an assist.
Team played poorly on a whole.
Playing top of Eastern Division next week and Sac have about 5 of their best players out. Played a 17yr old at CB today who was good.. I expect them to lose by alot next week
Anyone heard of Kaziah Sterling? He played for Pittsburgh. Ant relation to Raheem 🤔

Just catching up on this, I see the manager called out the pitch as a 'cow field'. Seems like KN has promised the earth to their fanbase too, by all accounts even a new stadium and its nowhere to be seen. Again only reading twitter comments so it could be rubbish but appears to be a lot of anger there.
There also appears to be one consistent in all this.

Maybe i'm not easily pleased like yourself. But seeing your posts that doesn't take a lot does it. Also the above isn't a dig its observations.

To be fair to oneneilwarnock, I too did see the comments from the manager, and also the concern from their fans re: stadium, pitch etc. They seem to push towards lack of follow through, and questioning the promises. It did concern me a little, but then I thought, I wonder if KN is just putting more eggs into the HTAFC basket. Then of course I couldn't give a shit about Sac Republic, if all promises were followed through with Town. With KN responding with their stadium etc is a work in progress. Which did sound somewhat familiar. KN does seem proud of his links and support of Sac Republic, but in a league of no promotion and relegation and a minimum requirement of $250m just to enter the MLS, I wonder if KN thinks theres more scope with getting town back up the leagues. I'd like KN to be a bit more cut throat though, re: stadium ownership, signings etc. I'm all for patience, and I'm all for being strategic and smart. But, there does come a time when you need to come out swinging too.

The amount of redevelopment he has done around Sac though is phenomenal. I have zero knowledge of that division they are in, but isn't there some ludicrous fee or infrastructures they have to have to go into the MLS? So maybe once they get there, he can invest, whereas now, the money may be needed to get them into MLS? I believe the money is with town to spend, but if MC isn't being proactive, then the bottom line is, it is is MC letting us all down.

It's minimum $250m USD to enter a team into the MLS, then it needs approval from the MLS itself. Thats just the basis of getting into MLS. I think the vast majority of that goes directly to the MLS then some has to be committed to making sure theres investment into stadium and facilities. This is what I recall from the time I was considering being an investor in Las Vegas Lights new ownership group led by a former MLB player. I'd have the check the "Data Room" and check what all the specific figures were again though.

He's already pulled in investment for a MLS bid when they expand the franchises again...a Canadian family if I remember correctly who own many things including race tracks. Multi billionaire company which is what you need to enter MLS I guess...too much just for one person. So possibly the stadium is being held off until MLS approval is received So that being said Rockwall....you'll be right about easier/cheaper to invest in English football to be successful

KP with a goal.. almost 2. Louisville are the best team in the Eastern Division and it really shows. Would do well against most league one teams
Not sure how anyone can say that's Conference North level.
Cracking game

A 1st away defeat for Sac in over 10 months earlier this morning at Louisville, they have two home games in 10 days & could do with back to back wins to erase the patchy home form so far this season.....Two bucks a pint is on offer this Wednesday against El Paso, I bet that deal would do quite well at JSS.

Phillips with another goal and a couple of lay ups for people .. If we don't sign anyone I wouldn't mind him off bench as an option

How unlucky was Ross in that game - hitting the woodwork 3 times!

How unlucky was Ross in that game - hitting the woodwork 3 times! That first one was a brilliant bit of improvisational skill.
