Makes you realize just how truly awful Fozzy was......... I think most of us realised at the time. Looking back there's still a part of me that wonders if that really happened or if it was just a bizarre nightmare. When he first came in, I thought "never heard of this guy, but he seems motivated and the sort that takes no prisoners, which might be what we need. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt." That lasted about ten days. What I'd thought was a "no nonsense" approach turned out to be a massive ego without the ability to match it.

Would love to say yes but reason he was not playing last night was due to an injury. That's a shame! Hope it isn't a long term one! 4 to 6 weeks mate- not ideal but not long term thankfully! Thanks for asking!

Should have sacked him during the World Cup break and given us an opportunity to get a proper manager in. Quite how he survived that Watford debacle in December I'll never know. Seeing him telling the fans after that "listen guys, stick with us, we will win" will be one of my overriding memories of him, he was about as convinced as we were. And he only went and beat Preston! The whole period was just bizarre. Would make a good book in a masochist kinda way.

Not sure Sir Neil would have been up for it before Christmas, and there weren't many about that would have been up to the task. Back to tonight's game, I've learned my lesson from Saturday so I think we'll get smashed 0-3 🤞

I remember watching the "inside training" videos and hoping - even believing - that they were just showing the really basic bits on camera so as not to give opponents clues as to how we'd approach games. Maybe they were, but the match days suggested maybe that was as good as it got. Where I walk my dogs there's some sports pitches used by Sunday league side and some kid's teams. Without word of a lie, the drills the kids were doing on the local park seem more inventive.

There's only one football club in the world that has employed both Mark Fotheringham and Jan Siewert. We should have been forced to start again in the Northern Premier League as penance for our decision making. I'd have Siewert back. He's reputedly an excellent youth coach. I wouldn't have Buzz back to put up scaffolding. As if! Whilst Siewert had a better CV, from the sounds of it he was on a par with Buzz for losing the dressing room

rhodes and mahoney included, doesn't look good for our chances of signing new players Jesus it gets tiresome after a while. I doubt the sort of clubs that will be signing any of our players will have their eyes on winning this thing so why not put them in the shop window.

If there was any genuine talks they wouldn't be playing in case of injury. Not that I'm opposed to keeping them or want them to go. Just saying, looks like no deals are currently in the offing.

That's fine but he said it doesn't look like we're signing anyone not selling anyone. Don't think anyone has said we need to offload more before we sign anyone. It's the constant sniping that's just f**king boring now.

4-3-2-1? Not the strongest defensively, is it?

If that's two up top Kian "ratting around" like Novak did for Rhodes could work. Young team overall showing our lack of depth.

Desperate need of new signings, striker, attacking midfielder essential We have Rudoni and Diarra as attacking midfielders. We do need a CM and a striker though.

It's a chance for some of these lads to step up and impress. Hope they grab it with both hands.

I will give Warnock the benefit of the doubt but can see many being very disappointed with this.

I think Josh Austerfield will impress a few tonight, he goes under the radar buy is a great passer of the ball.
Cue him having a shocker now 😂

I don't really care about this but getting stuffed at home always has a knock on effect. That PNE performance last season kind of set the standard.

Not a bad line up.
Chance for Spencer,Ayina and Austerfield to show what they can do!
Good to see Yuta back too.
