Why? Folks have short memories - was excellent under carlos and decent for most of last season in a team best described as shite! Is he a pain in the arse at times? Yes - but when well managed hes more than adequate a level above where we are now. I find it astonishing the bile aimed at sorba at times - particularly as he cost us buttons compared with the utter shite like sobhi, the sprint twins, pritchard et al and even wiles and Bojan more latterly. Good luck sorba for me - yes its probably time to move on.........but thats as much down to us as a club as him the individual. Agreed, it’s unbelievable really. That pic was tweeted originally last week. They're just reusing content. Exactly this, lad has been just about the only player who has created anything for the last two seasons and always busts a gut yet still gets stick from certain sections of the fanbase yet laud wage thieves like Danny Ward and dross like Hudlin and Simpson. Agreed, it’s unbelievable really. Simpson leaving the other day despite contributing absolutely nothing to the team and costing more than Thomas gets a load of well wishes and a loads of numpties on here are desperate to celebrate the departure of our top assist maker and statistically the proven top chance creating player in the championship last season (despite us being woeful). It was probs the same people who were delighted to see karlan grant leave (and booing him on his return for some reason) and claiming he was shite, despite us not having a striker since who has done anything. Simpson Ward and Hudlin have been given heaps of stick on here , many saying he’s ( Hudlin) up there for one of the worst strikers ever at town, so come on that’s just embarrassing saying let’s not have a negative opinion on a player because other shit players don’t get as much stick , they do. Town fans more than most. It’s bizarre how folk put the lad down. Not at all it’s a game of opinions and that’s what makes football so great. Folk saying he can’t head , shoot etc . Just opinions that are different to yours. That’s fine. Just folk carry on like he’s not even trying. My opinion is he put in loads of effort and was comfortably one of the most consistent players last season. In a terrible season obvs |

I have to say I feel sorry for Sorba. The amount he has improved since joining us is incredible really, and I think he is still improving. If he had played in a half decent team last season with a couple of decent strikers his stats would be very impressive.
I think he sometimes doesn’t do himself any favours with the way he acts but that’s just who he is. He and his partner have a new baby and it looks like he is going to have to live in France for a year. Given how much help young mums need his partner may well stay over here, especially if it is a loan deal. That is very tough.
I wish him the very best of luck wherever he goes.

I don't think he has improved technically that much. He was always good from set pieces. He isn't any better at beating a man nor has he improved on his frustrating habit of flicking the ball to nobody when receiving it tight to the line. The one thing that has improved massively is his fitness. He must be one of the best at the club in that area When he was at Blackburn they had some very good strikers and his stats were no better |

In terms of football, then if you don’t rate him or deem him good enough then I’d say that we need to clear out every player bar helik, Spencer and Nicholls because he was probably our third best performer last season. |

I will be delighted to see him go , don’t care less what hair do he’s got or what he does in his social life , I also believe he contributed to a negative team ethic which If so is shocking but irrespective of that I will be glad to see him go not the type of winger I wish to see at town. Hes also a very poor finisher and can’t head a ball to save his life. |

I happen to know an established Huddersfield player who left last summer, believe me whilst Thomas has had disagreements with some players he isn’t as unpopular as you’d think (one of the most toxic players has already left this summer thankfully). If Thomas was that bad for moral, then there’s no way he’d have been taken to Austria. |

Personally, I think they alone are worth a million of anyones money but the football world don't seem to agree. The kid has done well for us but his footballing ability is limited to taking set pieces, he can't shoot or head a ball, he is one of those fake tacklers, where it looks like he's desperate to get the ball but always arrives that split second late, he rarely beats a man & while he does try & track back, he is beaten all too easily. |

Like I said above irrelevant of that., hes not what I like to see of a winger . I could go into the attitude bit as I also have heard from someone who knows who spoke to me about it but it’s irrelevant I don’t rate ST for the reasons I have already stated as a footballer.

Personally, I think they alone are worth a million of anyones money but the football world don't seem to agree. The kid has done well for us but his footballing ability is limited to taking set pieces, he can't shoot or head a ball, he is one of those fake tacklers, where it looks like he's desperate to get the ball but always arrives that split second late, he rarely beats a man & while he does try & track back, he is beaten all too easily. The market is almost non existent this summer, probs the same reason why no one has come in for Spencer, helik or Nicholls despite all three being excellent championship players. I’m not saying sorba is a great player, I’ve acknowledged similar limitations but he’s still one of our better players and there’s plenty of others the at I’d see out of the door quicker than him but granted no one will come and even want them… even on loan! |

So if Sorba is such a good footballer, why are we struggling to offload him at £1m? Personally, I think they alone are worth a million of anyones money but the football world don't seem to agree. The kid has done well for us but his footballing ability is limited to taking set pieces, he can't shoot or head a ball, he is one of those fake tacklers, where it looks like he's desperate to get the ball but always arrives that split second late, he rarely beats a man & while he does try & track back, he is beaten all too easily. The market is almost non existent this summer, probs the same reason why no one has come in for Spencer, helik or Nicholls despite all three being excellent championship players. I’m not saying sorba is a great player, I’ve acknowledged similar limitations but he’s still one of our better players and there’s plenty of others the at I’d see out of the door quicker than him but granted no one will come and even want them… even on loan! If he keeps coming back at you with his seven line sentences just tell him your mum has died and he'll LOL you. Maybe even twice if you're (un)lucky. Only person in the world that claims LOL means Lots Of Love!! Your initial numpty description sums him up unfortunately  |

Agreed, it’s unbelievable really. Simpson leaving the other day despite contributing absolutely nothing to the team and costing more than Thomas gets a load of well wishes and a loads of numpties on here are desperate to celebrate the departure of our top assist maker and statistically the proven top chance creating player in the championship last season (despite us being woeful). It was probs the same people who were delighted to see karlan grant leave (and booing him on his return for some reason) and claiming he was shite, despite us not having a striker since who has done anything. Simpson Ward and Hudlin have been given heaps of stick on here , many saying he’s ( Hudlin) up there for one of the worst strikers ever at town, so come on that’s just embarrassing saying let’s not have a negative opinion on a player because other shit players don’t get as much stick , they do. Why folk like you cannot accept other town fans don’t like ST is strange , why do you get so upset it’s just an opinion , I couldn’t care less that you like him I’m not calling you or any other fans NUMPTIES because you like him , it’s literally an opinion. I don’t want to see ST in a town shirt ever again just an opinion I also don’t wish to see Hudlin nor did I like Simpson and Ward isn’t a striker in a million years. But it’s just opinions .
